Can you believe it has been over a decade since The Hunger Games was initially released in theaters, and can you imagine a world where Jennifer Lawrence did not star as Katniss Everdeen!?

Lots of other famous faces auditioned for the role in the movies and you may be surprised by some of the names on this list. Jennifer was 20 years old when she was cast in the lead role.

In total, there were four films in the Hunger Games franchise and they were all released between 2012 and 2015. Jennifer starred in all four films alongside Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson.

Jennifer Lawrence came to fame playing Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games. Now she’s sharing some wisdom she picked up along the way with the cast of the prequel The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.

The 32-year-old Don’t Look Up star was asked if she had any advice to share with the new cast – which includes the likes of Rachel Zegler and Tom Blyth – while at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival.

The first look photo from the upcoming The Hunger Games prequel movie has been released!

On Tuesday (August 16), Lionsgate debuted the first photo of stars Tom Blyth and Rachel Zegler in character Coriolanus Snow and Lucy Gray Baird in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.
