Hayden Panettiere (in Herve Leger) attends The Whaleman Foundation benefit held at Eva Longoria‘s Beso restaurant in LA on Sunday.
The Whaleman Foundation is an oceanic research, conservation, and production organization dedicated to preserving and protecting dolphins, whales, and their ocean habitat.
On Saturday, Hayden, 18, performed at the Netflix Live! on Location concert with her “Band From TV” in LA, while her boyfriend, fellow Heroes costar Milo Ventimiglia was photographing her.

If this is true, my heart goes out to Hayden and her family. There is never any excuse for spousal abuse, and how awful that this family has to go through this trauma in the public arena. And it detracts what seems to have been an otherwise good night for an excellent cause. What a shame.
