OlderKristin Cavallari To Bring Drama To 'The Hills'
Former Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari will be “replacing” Lauren Conrad in the upcoming season of The Hills and bringing the drama with her thanks to her self-proclaimed acting skills.
EW reports the 22-year old’s first appearance will be the May 31st season finale (she catches the bouquet at Heidi and Spencer’s wedding). Here’s what she told the mag:
On stirring up drama: “It’s a TV show. I’m not going into it like, ‘I’m going to make great friendships with these people.’ It’s work! And drama sells. I think that’s why they’re bringing me in, because I know what works… The goal for me is to get my fans excited about me again. When I first started out, I had a celebrity name but I didn’t have the acting skills I have now. If I have some buzz with my name again, I feel like it will only help.”
On rumors that producers are plotting a romance between her and Justin Bobby (which The Hills producers deny): “I have no idea! (laughs) I don’t think MTV would be like, ‘Oh you’re dating him now. This is your boyfriend.’ But they might try and set up situations. I’m totally cool with that. Again, it’s a TV show and they need to make it entertaining.”

what! it looks like kristin will go to any lengths to make this show entertaining. Even if it means faking story lines MTV has planned out….not so much a reality show anymore
seriously, this girl is such a sellout! and a huge *****. the hills was fake from starters, now that it’s going to have this stupid ***** in it, the show will pretty much go to hell.

THANK GOD someone from this show finally admits that it’s fake! I mean, c’mon, how could ANYONE over the age of 12 think otherwise? The acting is horrendous, and people have come out again and agian saying that they’ve spotted them filming the show around LA and they re-do several scenes again and again until they get it right! Even (especially) the “fight” scenes! I love that Kristin talks about her improved accting skills when it comes to apppearing on the show. Hill-arious!!

Why the frak do we care about this D-lister? Actually, she’s below that even. After Laguna Beach, I was hoping we’d never hear about this loser again, and until now, we hadn’t.
Of course it’s work, they Lauren makes over 1 million a year. That seems like work to me. And she was on Laguna Beach when she was 16 she’s grown up doing it.

Yeah i do not plan on watching the hills next season, mainly because she is trying to replace Lauren Conrad. I honestly think she is just jealous that her 15 minutes of fame has been over for 2 years. I dont think she can keep the show going.
