Katie Holmes picks up a hot cup of coffee on the way home on Friday (December 10) after a workout at The Sports Club/LA in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 31-year-old actress was spotted leaving the gym after a workout on the following day, too!

Late last month, Katie wrapped work on Jack and Jill, a new comedy with Adam Sandler! The film will hit the big screen next year.
