Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner may have filed for divorce earlier today, but the duo is definitely not taking a break from parent duty!

The 44-year-old actor was spotted treating his 11-year-old daughter Violet (not pictured) to an ice cream cone on Thursday (April 13) in Santa Monica, Calif.
