Heather Locklear Arrested After Altercation with Police & EMT (Report)

Heather Locklear has been arrested on two counts of misdemeanor battery against a police officer and emergency personnel, TMZ reports.

The 56-year-old actress was at home on Sunday night (June 24) when a member of her family reportedly called 911 for a disturbance. When police arrived, Heather allegedly punched the responding police officer who was trying to keep her separate from her family members.

Then, when the EMTs arrived, she apparently kicked one of them while they were helping to get her onto a gurney.

She was taken to the hospital, and then taken to jail. She’s being held there right now, according to the report, on $20,000 bail.

Reports of Heather‘s arrest come just days after she was reportedly hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation.
