Kevin Spacey's Criminal Case in Nantucket Gets Dismissed

Kevin Spacey‘s criminal case has been dismissed.

The 59-year-old actor was facing allegations of sexual assault by a man who accused Kevin of “explicit sexual behavior and lewd and lascivious conduct”

According to TMZ and the Nantucket District Court Clerk’s office, the case was dropped due to “the unavailability of the complaining witness.”

Earlier in the month, the alleged victim pleaded the 5th Amendment when asked about his cellphone and whether he deleted texts that were exculpatory for Kevin.

The man had previously dropped his civil case against Kevin.
