Queen Elizabeth Returns to Royal Duty for First Time Since March
Queen Elizabeth is making her first royal visit since the Coronavirus shut down the world back in March of 2020.
The 94-year-old royal joined her grandson Prince William to visit the Defense Science and Technology Laboratory at the Energetics Analysis Centre on Thursday (October 15) in Salisbury, England.
The Queen and her grandson viewed displays of weaponry and tactics used in counter intelligence, a demonstration of a Forensic Explosives Investigation and meet staff who were involved in the Salisbury Novichok incident. Her Majesty and His Royal Highness also formally opened the new Energetics Analysis Centre.
It was predicted that the Queen would stay away from the public eye for many months to keep her safe as the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing.
