Christmas in Rockefeller Center 2019 - Performers & Celeb Guests Revealed!

Christmas in Rockefeller Center is set to air live tonight on NBC and we have the entire celeb lineup here for you to check out.

This year, NBC’s Today show anchors – Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Craig Melvin, and Al Roker – will take on hosting duties as the iconic Rockefeller Center gets ready to be lit up for the holidays.

In addition, there will be a ton of musical acts and special guests throughout the evening.

'Christmas in Rockefeller Center' - Performers, Celebrity Guests & Hosts Revealed for NBC Special!

Christmas in Rockefeller Center, NBC’s annual special displaying the lighting of the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, is airing tonight on TV and there’s a loaded list of celebs expected to take the stage.

The special kicks off at 8pm ET with lots of performers set to take the stage to sing.

If you want to see the tree in person, it will be lit every day from 5:30 am until 11:30 pm through January 6, 2019.

This year’s tree is a 72-foot tall, 12-ton Norway Spruce that grew in Wallkill, New York.

New York City is officially ready for the holidays!

Tons of stars stepped out to attend the 2017 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Wednesday night (November 29) in New York City.

Performances during the event included Seal, Jennifer Nettles, Auil’i Cravalho, The Tenors, Brett Eldredge, and Train who all performed some holiday classics for the hundreds of thousands of fans who attended the event.

Christmas in Rockefeller Center 2017 Performers Lineup - Full List!

The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree lighting special is airing tonight on NBC live from New York City’s Rockefeller Center!

NBC has put together a great lineup of performers to take the stage and celebrate the annual tradition.

The show will be hosted by NBC Today anchors Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and Al Roker. Matt Lauer was also supposed to join the anchors, however, he was fired for sexual misconduct earlier in the day.

The Christmas Tree lighting at Rockefeller Center dates back to the Great Depression. This year, the tree that was chosen is a 75-foot tall, 50-foot wide Norway Spruce from State College, Penn.

Matt Lauer Won't Be Replaced on 'Christmas in Rockefeller Center' Tonight

Matt Lauer was supposed to host the NBC special Christmas in Rockefeller Center for the annual lighting of the New York City Christmas tree.

The Today show anchor was fired for sexual misconduct, and will obviously not be appearing on the special tonight. His former co-anchors, Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Al Roker will all be on hand, and NBC will not be replacing Lauer at the last minute, People reports.

The holiday special will go on as usual tonight at 8pm ET on NBC.
