Gwen Stefani gave birth this morning to a baby boy named Zuma Rossdale, speculates E!

It was reported earlier today that the 38-year-old No Doubt front woman would give birth via C-section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, the same hospital her and Gavin Rossdale’s first son was born at.

Zuma would join big brother Kingston, 2.

UPDATE 1: People reports Gwen and Gavin named their second son Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale. He wore born at 12:46 PST and weighed 8.5 lbs. Mother, baby and family are all happy and healthy.

Gwen Stefani is giving birth to her second child TODAY via C-section at 10AM PST, according to In Touch.

The 38-year-old Hollaback Girl singer checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Gwen and husband Gavin Rossdale already have a 2-year-old son, Kingston, who was born at the same hospital.

“Gwen’s so excited to have this baby because she gained a lot of weight during this pregnancy,” her pal reveals. “She is ready to meet her new baby and get her body back.”

A very pregnant Gwen Stefani arrives at a hospital in Los Angeles, California on Thursday.

The No Doubt singer reportedly checked into the hospital, as she is ready to give birth any day now!

Gwen, 38, and husband Gavin Rossdale, 42, were able to enjoy an afternoon shopping in Los Angeles on Tuesday with their two-year-old son Kingston.

Over the past few months, Gwen and Gavin have been shopping for some household items as well as some things for their new baby.

The pretty pair picked up furniture at the Hastens store.

Later in the day, Gwen and Gavin were spotted lunching at one of their favorite eateries, Madeo Italian Restaurant.

During their third set, defending champion Federer, 26, and his opponent, Spain’s Rafael Nadal, 22, were interrupted by rain. Nadal won the first two sets 6-4 when rain began to fall during the third set with the score at 5-4 (Federer).

The 38-year-old Hollaback girl recently shared that being an overweight child made her weight conscious. When asked what it was like growing up and working hard to maintain her figure, she told Britain’s OK! magazine, “At school, I remember thinking that I wished I could like a girl that was so skinny and got to eat whatever she wanted. I always had to exercise. My weight fluctuated and I got chubby again in 11th grade - at like 16 - and then I was like, ‘You know what? I’ve had enough of this up and down thing!’ So I got on the swim team and I was more determined not to be that chubby girl any more. Ever since then I’ve been able to control it, but it sucks. Nowadays I just try to realize how stupid it is, because nobody cares - except me!”

She reportedly said “that it was no longer really possible to make a lot of money selling records [and her] concerts did much better. But even that, she said, was more difficult these days as people have many more choices. She claimed also to have [sold] 19 million of her first record, and ___ million of her most recent one, and that record companies were pretty much failing.”
