There is some huge Netflix news this morning! The iconic 1990s TV show Seinfeld will be streaming on the service beginning very soon!

Seinfeld previously streamed on Hulu until June of 2021, and now, Netflix has a five year deal for the show. This has actually been years in the making!

Huge news for Seinfeld fans – the show will be heading to Hulu very soon in a major new deal!

It is being reported that the streaming service will be paying $180 million for the full series in the first SVOD (subscription video on demand) deal for the show. This works out to $1 million an episode as there were 180 episodes across nine seasons.

The deal is expected to be announced at Hulu’s upfront presentation this Wednesday.

Seinfeld starred Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Michael Richards, and Jason Alexander. It is considered one of the best television series of all time and the series finale in 1998 was watched by over 76 million people.

Jerry Seinfeld flashes a smile while hosting the Inaugural Los Angeles Fatherhood Lunch held at The Palm Restaurant on Wednesday (March 4) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 60-year-old actor was seen reuniting with his former Seinfeld co-stars Jason Alexander and Michael Richards at the lunch.

Jerry Seinfeld sits down with “Crackle’s President” Michael Richards in this brand new promo video for his upcoming show, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee!

The 60-year-old comedian posted the video on Facebook after finally joining the social media platform.

“In case you didn’t notice, I officially joined Facebook and Instagram this morning,” Jerry wrote. “We’ll still bring you all of the updates on Comedians in Cars getting Coffee, but as of today, this is my page, and anything can happen.”

He continued, “Speaking of which, in case you missed it earlier, here’s a video of my meeting with Crackle’s President, which got a little tense. -Jerry.” Watch below!
