That same day, the teaser trailer for the 44-year-old actress’ upcoming film Diana was released and she has received very positive reviews for the short clip.

Even though Naomi doesn’t speak at all in the trailer, critics are saying she seems “pitch perfect” as the late princess. We can’t wait to see more footage from the film!

Check out Naomi Watts as the late Princess Diana in the trailer for the new film Diana.

The 44-year-old actress stars in the film, which focuses on the final two years of the Princess’ life, including rampant paparazzi and her romantic relationship with Dr. Hasnat Khan (Naveen Andrews).

The film does not yet have a US release date, but is set to hit theaters on September 20 in the UK.
