AJ McClean teased plans to give pop music lovers what they really, really want.
The “I Want It That Way” crooner revealed that there have been talks of getting iconic ’90s groups the Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls out on the road on a joint tour.
He opened up about how the groups maintained contact and weighed in on the chances that such a dream-come-true tour will ever get off the ground.

Rumors never stop swirling about a Spice Girls reunion, and it looks like one might truly be in the works.
The entire quintet – Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel B, Mel C and Victoria Beckham – haven’t performed together since 2012 when they reunited at the Olympics in London. In 2019, Scary, Sporty, Ginger and Baby Spice embarked on a reunion tour without Posh Spice.
Now Mel B is teasing something big on the horizon, and it sounds like it might be a full-fledged reunion.

The Spice Girls sprung a leak, and Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell-Horner, Mel B, Mel C and Victoria Beckham are reportedly not happy about it.
“C. U. Next Tuesday” – a song recorded during the sessions for their 1996 debut album Spice – inexplicably arrived online this week. The title alludes to a racy word, and the “Wannabe” musicians never wanted it to see the light of day.
Mel C even expressed distaste at the idea of including it on a greatest hits project and called it “a pile of s-it,” according to The Sun.
The girls are said to be upset that the song is out, albeit in a very unofficial way.

Mel C is backing out of a gig.
The Spice Girls superstar has pulled out of a New Year’s Eve event in Poland, she confirmed on social media on Monday (December 26).
“In light of some issues that have been brought to my attention, that do not align with the communities I support, I’m afraid I will no longer be able to perform in Poland as planned on New Year’s Eve,” she wrote.

The Spice Girls took their message of girl power and camaraderie seriously.
So seriously in fact that Mel C (aka Sporty Spice) revealed that she almost got kicked out of the group following a small alternation with Victoria Beckham (aka Posh Spice).

Mel C aka Sporty Spice shared her thoughts about if and when the Spice Girls would be performing again, perhaps as a reunion tour.
“We did shows in 2019,” the 48-year-old singer explained to ET.
“We sadly only managed to do the U.K. and islands before, as we know, the world went crazy, and we are constantly talking about opportunities and getting back out there. It’s just going to be a matter of time. It’s something we do want to do, and I think especially with all these lovely anniversaries we’re celebrating, so, as soon as I have any news, I will let you know.”
