Beyonce is celebrating her 34th birthday today (September 4) and in honor of her #BeyDay, her loved ones are dedicating songs to her!
The singer’s husband Jay Z, their daughter Blue Ivy, her parents Tina and Mathew, her sister Solange, and so many more participated in the project. Even her Destiny’s Child groupmates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland chimed in.
Blue dedicated The Little Mermaid‘s “Part of Your World” to her mom. “Mommy you sung this to me all the time. Happy Birthday, Mommy!” she said.
Jay dedicated the Coldplay song “Yellow” to his wife. “This song reminds me of you and I on vacation. ‘Look at the stars, look how they shine for you.’ So many legendary nights. It represents vulnerability; it’s us in our own world, away from work and totally lost in love. ‘For you, I’ll bleed myself dry.’”
