'Black Panther' Production Designer Hannah Beachler Wears Wakanda Inspired Jewelry To Oscars 2019

Hannah Beachler is bringing all of Wakanda to the 2019 Academy Awards!

The nominee – she’s up for Best Production Design for Black Panther – wore gold Wakanda inspired jewelry on her face, complimenting her amazing orange gown, on Sunday (February 24) at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

Hannah actually made history as the first ever Black nominee in the category.

She’s up for the Oscar with The Favourite, First Man, Mary Poppins Returns and Roma.

The Oscars are being presented without a host for the first time in 30 years. The show kicks off at 8pm EST/5pm PST on ABC.
