Beyonce Honors Late Tina Turner During 'Renaissance Tour' Show in Paris

Beyonce is paying tribute to the late Tina Turner.

During her latest Renaissance Tour stop on Friday night (May 26) in Paris, France, the 41-year-old entertainer took a moment to honor the “Proud Mary” singer two days after her death.

“I just want to take a second and honor Tina Turner,” Beyonce shared on stage, as seen in a video shared on Twitter. “If you’re a fan of mine, you’re a fan of Tina Turner. I wouldn’t be on this stage without Tina Turner, so I want you guys to just scream, so she can feel your love. I feel so blessed that I was allowed to witness her brilliance.”

It was announced on Wednesday (May 24) that Tina had died at the age of 83. Shortly after news of Tina‘s death, Beyonce released a statement remembering the “beloved queen.”
