Barbra Streisand Addresses Her Comment to Melissa McCarthy Amid Massive Backlash

Barbra Streisand is speaking out to explain why she left that questionable comment on Melissa McCarthy‘s Instagram post.

Melissa shared photos of herself attending Center Theatre Group’s CTG Gala over the weekend with her friend Adam Shankman.

“Give him my regards did you take Ozempic?” Barbra wrote in the comments section of the post.

Barbra received massive backlash for bringing up the weight loss drug in a public comment, but she seems to think it was actually a compliment.

Taylor Swift made history on the Billboard charts this week and she’s the first person to occupy the top 14 slots of the Hot 100 singles chart.

The 34-year-old singer launched her album The Tortured Poets Department earlier this month and it broke records by moving 2.6 million equivalent album units in its first week of release.

Taylor released two versions of the album with 31 total songs. All of those songs are sitting in the Top 55 slots of the Hot 100.

In addition to those 31 songs, Taylor‘s Lover song “Cruel Summer” is still sitting high on the chart, making it 32 songs in the Top 55.

Amazon’s Prime Video is so pleased with their upcoming Alex Cross series, Cross, they’ve renewed it for a second season.

The show is based on the best-selling Alex Cross book series by famed author James Patterson.

The series stars stars Aldis Hodge as the title character, and with Ryan Eggold, Isaiah Mustafa, Alona Tal, Johnny Ray Gill, Eloise Mumford, and Siobhan Murphy also signed on.

Here’s the synopsis, per Deadline: Cross is a twisted thriller about Alex Cross (Hodge), a detective and forensic psychologist, uniquely capable of digging into the psyches of killers and their victims, in order to identify — and ultimately capture — the murderers.

CBS has now canceled 3 of their smash-hit TV shows and fans are NOT happy with this news.

So far, the network has handed out renewals to 15 of their series. Plus, three shows are coming to an end in May of 2024.

Ryan Gosling plays a stuntman in his new movie The Fall Guy and he took his stunt skills to a special new show at Universal Studios!

The 43-year-old actor made a surprise appearance in The Fall Guy Stuntacular Pre-Show at Universal Studios Hollywood on Saturday (April 27) in Los Angeles.

The pre-show is part of the WaterWorld stunt show at the theme park and Ryan and The Fall Guy director David Leitch appeared before a performance this past weekend.

In the movie, Ryan stars as Colt Seavers, a battle-scarred stuntman who, having left the business a year earlier to focus on both his physical and mental health, is drafted back into service when the star of a mega-budget studio movie—being directed by his ex, Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt).
