Spanish Olympic skier Blanca Fernandez Ochoa has tragically passed away at the age of 56.
Her body was found in the Guadarrama Mountains outside of Madrid, Spain on Wednesday (September 4). She had been missing for two weeks.
She was last seen on August 23 and was reported missing by her daughter, TMZ reports. A massive search went underway with drones, helicopters and volunteers. Her abandoned car was found on Sunday (September 1).
Blanca competed in four total Olympics and won the Bronze in the slalom in the 1992 event.
