Johnny Depp has played so many iconic characters throughout his career, but he’s definitely best known for his role as Jack Sparrow in Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
There have been five movies in the franchise so far and rumors have been swirling that Johnny might be on board for a sixth project.

The producer sat down for an interview, and he was asked about rumors and speculation that Johnny Depp may be asked to eventually return to the Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchise.
Jerry worked on all five Pirates movies with Johnny, including 2013′s The Lone Ranger.

If you missed it, the 32-year-old Barbie actor said that the project was no longer in the works during a recent interview.

Margot Robbie just gave a tell-all interview with some interesting details for her brand new Vanity Fair cover story for their December 2022/January 2023 issue.

Johnny Depp‘s fans will be happy to know that his Captain Jack Sparrow likeness is still intact on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Disneyland.
The ride has been closed for refurbishment since March 14 and it was unclear whether Captain Jack would remain a part of the ride.
After Depp won his defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard, it seems Disney decided not to make any changes to his character’s involvement in the ride.
