The new Disney animated movie Wish is now in theaters and there are so many great actors in the cast, some who you probably didn’t even realize have lent their voices to the project.

Oscar-winning actress Ariana DeBose leads the cast as Asha, our hero, and she’s supported by a lot of actors who you definitely will recognize.

Wish is an all-new musical-comedy welcoming audiences to the magical kingdom of Rosas, where Asha, a sharp-witted idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force—a little ball of boundless energy called Star. Together, Asha and Star confront a most formidable foe—the ruler of Rosas, King Magnifico—to save her community and prove that when the will of one courageous human connects with the magic of the stars, wondrous things can happen.

The baby goat Valentino is going to be one of the most popular characters from Disney’s new animated movie Wish and you might be wondering who voiced the role.

The goat is given the power of speech after lead character Asha places a wish on a star, which then falls from the sky to help her on her journey.

Valentino also accompanies Asha on her quest to give the people of Rosas their wishes back after learning King Magnifico has no plans to grant most of them.

The new Disney movie Wish features a song where the lead character Asha sings with a bunch of talking animals and plants… and it’s one of the most enjoyable moments of the movie!

Ariana DeBose‘s Asha and the cast perform “I’m a Star” when the special star comes down to grant some wishes.

The star grants the power of speech to Asha’s goat Valentino, voiced by Alan Tudyk, and all of the animals and plants in the forest.

“Well, you don’t have to look too hard / We’re here for all your question marks / If you’re tryna figure out just who you are / Don’t look far / In the sky, and your front yard / In your heart and in the scars / If you really wanna know just who you are / You’re a star,” they lyrics read.

Chris Pine voices the role of villain King Magnifico in Disney’s new animated film Wish and he has a very catchy song in the movie called “This Is The Thanks I Get?!”

Magnifico is a powerful ruler who has the magical gift of being able to grant wishes, but the hero Asha learns that he only grants wishes that won’t threaten his power.

In his song “This Is The Thanks I Get?!”, Magnifico is angry that the citizens of Rosa are asking for answers about what happens with their wishes after they give them to him.

Magnifico sings, “I let you live hеre for free / And I don’t even charge you rent / I clean up all your messes / And I’m always there when you need to vent / I give and give and give and give / You’d think they’d all be content / And all I really want is just a little respect.”

Disney’s new animated film Wish is now in theaters and the touching new film has some very special callbacks to classic Disney movies, including in a post-credits scene.

Fans who are checking out the movie will likely want to know if they should stick around after the credits for an additional scene. Many movies these days, especially ones that are part of a franchise, will include extra footage at the end to tease future installments or to give audiences some bonus content.

The stars of Disney’s Wish are out to celebrate the film’s premiere!

The event was held on Monday (November 20) at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London.

Ariana DeBose, who voices and sings as Asha in Wish, headlined the red-carpet premiere. The Oscar-winner dazzled in a purple gown.

Julia Michaels, who wrote original songs for the movie, was also present at the premiere, as was singer Rochelle Humes.

Also in attendance were producers Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster-Jones and Peter Del Vecho, executive producer Jennifer Lee, and co-directors Fawn Veerasunthorn, and Chris Buck.

Disney’s Wish opens in theaters on November 22.
