Sixth Democratic Debate 2019 - Where to Stream & Watch

The latest debate between the leading Democratic Party hopefuls for the 2020 Presidential race airs tonight (December 19).

PBS NewsHour and Politico are co-hosting the final primary debate of 2019.

This debate notably comes one day after President Donald Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives.

The Democratic debate airs at 8 p.m. ET and will take place at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

It will air exclusively on CNN, CNN en EspaƱol and CNN International, as well as streaming on CNN.com, PBS.com’s homepage and Politico.com’s homepage. It will also be available on the brands’ various apps, including CNN and CNNgo.

PBS NewsHour’s Judy Woodruff, Amna Nawaz and Yamiche Alcindor and Politico’s Tim Alberta will moderate.

The participants are: former Vice President Joe Biden, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, businessman Tom Steyer, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren and entrepreneur Andrew Yang.

Several notable names in the race did not make the cut, including Cory Booker, Julian Castro and Tulsi Gabbard.

To be eligible, candidates needed to receive 4% in at least four national or early state polls that met the DNC’s criteria, or 6% in two early state polls. They also had to receive donations from at least 200,000 unique donors, with a minimum of 800 from at least 20 different states.
