Shia LaBeouf suits up for the Lawless photo call during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival on Saturday (May 19) in Cannes, France.

The 25-year-old actor was joined by co-stars Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain, Gary Oldman, Jason Clarke, and Mia Wasikowska.

Lawless is based on Matt Bondurant‘s 2008 historical novel “The Wettest County in the World,” and tells the story of three brothers (Hardy, LaBeouf, and Clarke) who get into the bootlegging business.

Lawless will hit theaters on August 31!

Liam Hemsworth is reportedly set to star in the upcoming corporate espionage thriller Paranoia.

Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman are “in advanced negotiations” to join the 22-year-old actor in the film set in the world of dueling telecom giants, according to Deadline.

Robert Luketic, who previously worked on 21 and Monster-in-Law, will direct the movie, which is based on the Joseph Finder novel of the same name.

Liam can next be seen on the big screen in the drama AWOL, opposite Teresa Palmer, Aimee Teegarden, and Chris Lowell.

UPDATE: Deadline reports that Jake is no longer attached to the project due to scheduling conflicts.

Jake Gyllenhaal is in talks to star in the thriller Motor City, opposite Gary Oldman and Amber Heard.

The 31-year-old actor would replace Dominic Cooper, “who was previously cast but exited due to a scheduling conflict” with his other project, Cities, according to THR.

The movie centers around an ex-Army Ranger (Gyllenhaal) who is framed and sent to prison for a crime he didn’t commit.

He later gets revenge to get back the woman he loves. Gary is set to play the villain, while Amber takes on the female lead role.

Production on Motor City is slated to begin this May in Berlin.

Victoria Beckham strikes a pose at the Great British Film Reception held at the British Consul General’s residence on Friday (February 24) in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old fashion designer attended the event to honor the British nominees of the 2012 Oscars!
