Anne Hathaway goes classic in an all-black ensemble for the opening night gala of Metropolitan Opera’s “Dead Man Walking” held at Lincoln Center on Tuesday night (September 26) in New York City.

The 40-year-old actress wasn’t the only celebrity who stepped out to support the theatre, as Jon Hamm and wife, Anna Osceola, as well as Courtney B. Vance and Angela Bassett were also there.

Whoopi Goldberg reunited with Patrick Stewart and his wife, Sunny Ozell, on the red carpet, next to Sigourney Weaver, Morgan Spector, Rebecca Hall, Edie Falco, Ellen Burstyn, Alysia Reiner, and Georgina Chapman.

Broadway royalty Patti LuPone was also seen at opening night with Gina Gershon, Marcia Gay Harden, Geneva Carr, Ben Stiller, Tim Robbins, Jeremy O. Harris, Deborah Roberts, Al Roker, Dana Delaney, Christopher Abbott, Peter Sarsgaard, Zac Posen, Harrison Ball, Sophie Sumner, and Neil Patrick Harris.

Addison Rae is making her horror movie debut!

The 22-year-old “I Got It Bad” superstar appears in the teaser trailer for Eli Roth‘s Thanksgiving, arriving on November 17.

The movie comes 15 years after it was originally teased with a fake trailer as part of the Grindhouse double feature, and includes several scenes that were displayed in the fake trailer, including the cheerleader trampoline scene.

Dionne Warwick was among the VIPs who stepped out over the weekend for a special preview performance of the hot new musical Some Like It Hot!

The legendary songwriter joined the show’s creators for the event on Friday (November 18) at the Shubert Theatre in New York City.

The guests were treated to a pre-show cocktail party with co-book writer Amber Ruffin, composers Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, and director and choreographer Casey Nicholaw.

Special guests included Tony Danza, Zac Posen and fiance Harrison Ball, Noma Dumezweni, Renee Fleming, Gina Gershon, Candace Bushnell, Erich Bergen, Dominic Fumusa, Jonathan Fernandez, Daniel Benedict and Cinema Society founder Andrew Saffir.

Set in Chicago when Prohibition has everyone thirsty for a little excitement, Some Like It Hot is the rollicking story of two musicians forced to flee the Windy City after witnessing a mob hit. With gangsters hot on their heels, they’re on the run as the newest members of the swingingest big band ever to cross the country. Can they hide in plain sight without completely losing themselves? Or will the mob, the truth, and maybe even love itself finally catch up to them?

The musical is based on the classic MGM film of the same name!

Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson step out for the latest premiere of their new movie, The Banshees Of Inisherin.

The two actors joined co-star Barry Keoghan and writer/director Martin McDonagh at DGA Theater on Monday (October 10) in New York City.

Gina Gershon and Lena Hall also stepped out for the premiere.

The premiere comes just a few days after Colin crashed Brendan‘s opening monologue while he was hosting Saturday Night Live. Check it out here!

Here’s a summary of the movie: Set on a remote island off the west coast of Ireland, two lifelong friends, Pádraic and Colm, find themselves at an impasse when Colm unexpectedly puts an end to their friendship. A stunned Pádraic tries to repair the relationship, refusing to take no for an answer.

The Banshees of Inisherin will open in theaters on October 21.

Amanda Seyfried wears bright blue for Variety’s 2022 Power Of Women event held at The Glasshouse on Thursday (May 5) in New York City.

The 36-year-old The Dropout actress is just one of the honorees at the event alongside Camila Cabello, Drew Barrymore, and Queen Latifah.

Sarah Silverman, Angie Harmon, Tamron Hall, J. Smith-Cameron, Sutton Foster, Lorraine Toussaint, and Gina Gershon were also seen at the event in the Big Apple, along with Billy Porter, Emily Ratajkowski, Saniyya Sidney, Amber Ruffin, and Dorinda Medley.

The annual event gathers an intimate group of philanthropic women who have been selected as Variety’s honorees as well as the most powerful women working in media and entertainment.

Kim Cattrall was another honoree of the event, and had a mini Sex and the City reunion!

Ryan Reynolds and Mark Ruffalo are attending a special screening of their new Netflix movie!

The two actors joined co-star Walker Scobell and director Shawn Levy at a screening of The Adam Project on Wednesday evening (February 9) at the Metrograph in New York City.

Guests in attendance included Kyle MacLachlan, Riverdale actress Gina Gershon, Back to the Future actor Christopher Lloyd, German model Johannes Huebl, Girls actor Christopher Abbott, and Orange is the New Black actress Alysia Reiner.

Also in attendance was Ryan‘s wife Blake Lively‘s sister Robyn Lively and her husband Bart Johnson.

The movie – which also stars Jennifer Garner and Zoe Saldana – follows Ryan as a time-traveling pilot who teams up with his younger self (Scobell) and his late father (Ruffalo) to come to terms with his past while saving the future.

Gina Gershon is opening up about working with Woody Allen.

In a new interview, the 59-year-old actress defended her decision to work with the 86-year-old director amid resurfaced allegations that he sexually abused his adopted daughter Dylan when she was 7-years-old, which were first reported during his breakup from her mom Mia Farrow back in 1992.
