Ruben Studdard, Jordin Sparks, and Kris Allen cut the ribbon to kick off auditions for ABC’s reboot of American Idol on Thursday (August 17) at Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The thee former winners were joined by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse for the celebratory moment.

While the auditions have begun, these are not the auditions in front of the official judging panel. The show has yet to lock in all three judges and only Katy Perry has signed on so far.

American Idol will air next year on ABC!

Jordin Sparks is a beauty in blue while walking the red carpet at the 2017 Harold & Carole Pump Foundation Gala on Friday (August 11) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 27-year-old former American Idol winner made her first official appearance with new boyfriend Dana Isaiah at the event, where she was one of the evening’s performers.

While this might be the first time the couple stepped out on the red carpet together, they surely have not been hiding their relationship.

It’s officially 2017 World Water Day!

To help spread some awareness for the cause, some celebrities – Jordin Sparks, Pia Toscano and her husband Jimmy R.O. Smith, Jane Lynch, Meagan Good and her hubby DeVon Franklin, Francia Raisa and comedian Anjelah Johnson – got together at the Generosity.org Fundraiser held in support of World Water Day held at the Montage Hotel on Tuesday (March 21) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The organization is committed to ending the clean water crisis, one community at a time.

Jordin and Pia both hit the stage to give a speech and perform at the event.

Kate Walsh wears a sparkling dress while walking the red carpet at Operation Smile’s 2016 Smile Gala presented by Ifeng.com on Friday night (September 30) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Also in attendance at the event were Scott Foley, This Is Us co-stars Chrissy Metz and Susan Kelechi Watson, Evan Ross, Ben Feldman, Ali Landry, and more.

Zachary Levi was the Corporate Humanitarian Award recipient for his work with his company Nerd Machine. Whitney Cummings was honored at the event with the Smile Award.

Jordin Sparks hit the stage to perform and Brooke Burke (who attended with husband David Charvet) was the master of ceremonies.

Also in attendance were the event’s hosts, Amber Riley and Lance Gross.

After the event, Jordin called out the audience for being disrespectful by using their phones throughout performances.

“It’s so frustrating when ppl have no respect 4 artists/audience members when they are on their phone during performances… on full brightness & then try 2 take pics with a flash. Come on now, we know how this works, we’ve had these smart phones for yrs now,” Jordin tweeted. “Don’t be rude. Have some respect 4 the performer up on the stage & the audience members actually trying 2 watch & pay attn or don’t come!”

Jordin Sparks keeps it comfy for her departing flight out of LAX airport in Los Angeles on Thursday evening (June 16).

The 26-year-old singer jetted off from the city to perform in two Pride events this weekend — at Kentuckiana Pride in Louisville and in Chicago Pride Fest.

“Hey, Louisville! It’s been a minute! Can’t wait to see you all tonight! #pride2016,” Jordin wrote on Twitter ahead of her performance.

This weekend, Jordin will be in Chicago, performing at Chicago Pride Fest on Saturday, June 18th @ 9PM on the North Entertainment Stage. The Chicago Pride Parade will be the weekend after, on Sunday, June 26 at noon.
