Kelly Clarkson hits the stage covered in neon colored makeup for her performance of “People Like Us” during the American Idol Results Show on Thursday (April 11) in Los Angeles.

Kelly Clarkson walks around the set of her “People Like Us” music video shoot with dots on her face on Tuesday (April 9) in Pasadena, Calif.

The 30-year-old singer was joined on the set by her fiance Brandon Blackstock as well as hair stylist Harry Josh.

“Having my diva moment on set with my glam squad :) We’re shooting the video for “People Like Us” today and yep, it’s gonna be rad!” Kelly tweeted from her makeup chair.

“Me and @ashes2lashes are so having the best video shoot ever with @kelly_clarkson this new song and video is gonna be GREAT!” Harry tweeted.

Maroon 5 and Kelly Clarkson are set to hit the road together this summer for an exciting tour!

The band will be headlining the 2013 Honda Civic Tour, kicking off August 1 in St. Louis and wrapping up on October 5 in San Diego.

Kelly will be a featured guest on the whole tour along with Adam Levine‘s The Voice contestant Tony Lucca.

“I think the live outdoor kind of summer vibe is always different than the indoor arena tour because there’s less emphasis on production and more on live music,” Adam said in an interview. “It’s kind of the purist form of a tour `cause there’s not too many bells and whistles.”

Kelly Clarkson is set to release a new single on the radio – “People Like Us”!

The 30-year-old singer debuted the track on her Greatest Hits – Chapter One album that dropped last year. After her song “Catch My Breath” became a radio hit, she decided to release another track!

“People Like Us” will make its impact on pop and adult pop radio stations on April 8 as the official second single off the album.
