Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are officially splitting up after being married for a little over two years, TMZ reports.

The 49-year-old actress filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

“They have a personality difference,” a source said about their relationship.

The breaking point reportedly came when Olivier hit a man with a car seat at the airport earlier this year.

Olivier and Halle have one son together named Maceo, 2. They reportedly have a prenup in place so money, etc. will not be an issue. Halle is not asking for joint or primary custody, as she wants what is in “the best interests of the child.”

Kate will be heading to Texas this weekend to screen her movie 90 Minutes in Heaven, which hits theaters on Friday!

FYI: Jaime is wearing a Gant top, jacket, and shorts, a Marc Jacobs bag and shoes, a Jennifer Fisher ring, and Vita Fede earrings. Kate is wearing a Gant top and skirt, Tabitha Simmons shoes, and a Dolce&Gabbana bag. Jamie is wearing an Aritzia skirt.

The couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary in July but recently there have been intense divorce rumors surrounding the duo.

This is one of the first times the couple has been spotted out together amidst the rumors.

This is the first time we’ve seen the 49-year-old actor since rumors spread that he and Halle Berry would be getting a divorce.

Divorce rumors began swirling when Halle was photographed without her engagement ring. Well, turns out that she actually lost her ring over a year ago at the Acapulco International Film Festival in January 2014. Sources tell TMZ that Halle and Olivier didn’t see it as a priority to replace the ring.

Olivier Martinez makes a stop at grocery store Bristol Farms to pick up his favorite baguette on Wednesday morning (July 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 49-year-old actor celebrated his second wedding anniversary with wife Halle Berry this week and she opened up to E! News about the occasion.

When interviewed three days before the anniversary, which took place on July 13, it seemed like Halle hadn’t yet planned for the big day.

“Thank you for reminding me,” Halle said. “I gotta get something fast. I gotta get something fast.”

Olivier Martinez keeps it cool and casual as he makes his way out of an office building after attending a business meeting on Monday (June 29) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Over the weekend, the 49-year-old actor’s wife Halle Berry was spotted in character as she filmed scenes for her new movie Kidnap.

Halle Berry dresses down as she films scenes for her new movie Kidnap on Saturday afternoon (June 27) in Van Nuys, Calif.

Earlier in the week, the 48-year-old actress’ husband Olivier Martinez was spotted chatting on his phone as he arrived at LAX Airport.

Halle recently opened up about the hard work that goes along with making her TV show Extant.

“It is a whole lot of work. I mean, I’ve never worked so hard in my life last year,” Halle said (via EW). “And I was nursing, my baby was three months old, so I was doing drive-by nursings every two hours and I was over my head, the amount of scenes we shoot in a day, the things I had to memorize.”

She continued, “But it was an awakening last year. I thought, ‘I’m going to go into TV, be at home with my family.’ I didn’t see my family and I never worked harder in my life. So hats off to everybody who does television, because it’s a grind.”
