Jared Leto Says He's 'Obsessed with Efficiency' at Wall Street Journal's D.Luxe Conference!

Jared Leto keeps it cool as he sits down onstage to speak at the D.Luxe Conference presented by WSJ. Magazine held at The Montage Laguna Beach on Wednesday (October 18) in Laguna Beach, Calif.

“I’ve always been entrepreneurial ever since I sold dope as a kid. I’m sure I’m not the only one,” the 45-year-old Oscar-winning actor expressed at his panel. “I hate wasting time. I’m obsessed with efficiency. I’ve been practicing saying no—even things that are opportunities. Opportunity cost is a real thing.”

“I love to work. I don’t do dinners, I don’t do lunches, I don’t do breakfasts. I just fucking work,” Jared continued. “That’s what I love to do, because I love to make things and share them with the world… and I do not take it for granted for one second.”

Justin Bieber's Manager Scooter Braun Speaks Out After Tour Cancellation

Scooter Braun is speaking out following Justin Bieber‘s cancellation of his remaining tour dates.

The 36-year-old longtime manager took to his Instagram to pen a note about Justin, the tour and to thank fans for their support.

“An incredible run. Congrats to @justinbieber on an incredible tour and thank you to the entire cast and crew for your unending support,” Scooter wrote, before thanking many of those involved in the 16 month tour.

He continued, “And to those that won’t be able to see it…on behalf of myself, Justin, and the team, we are sorry. That was never our intent. But a man’s soul and well being I truly care about came first and We must all respect and honor that. Justin will be back and I know he looks forward to performing for you and with you all again. One chapter ends and another begins. Thank you again…your support for Justin is inspiring. Cheers.”

Scooter Braun Gives Inspiring Speech at 'One Love Manchester' (Video)

Scooter Braun takes to the stage to give an inspiring speech at the One Love Manchester benefit concert held at Emirates Old Trafford on Sunday (June 4) in Manchester, England.

Ariana Grande‘s manager introduced her performance and talked about putting the concert together in just a week.

“It is my pleasure to welcome my friend, who two years ago today, June 4th 2015, did her first ever show in Manchester,” Scooter said. “And just a week ago she called me and I said ‘Ariana it’s okay.’ And she said, ‘Scooter if we do nothing, I can’t live with that. We must do something.’”

“So to one of the bravest people I know, you welcomed her two years ago. I’m glad that she can now return that love. Ladies and gentleman, Ariana Grande!” he concluded.

Ariana Grande's Manager Says Manchester Benefit Will Go On 'With Greater Purpose' Following London Attacks

Despite the horrific attacks on the London Bridge this weekend, the One Love Manchester benefit concert will continue as planned.

Ariana Grande‘s manager, Scooter Braun, took to Twitter where he posted a statement about how important it is to them and the rest of the performers lineup to go on with the show.

“After the events last night in London, and those in Manchester just two weeks ado, we feel a sense of responsibility to honor those lost, injured and affected,” Scooter wrote. “We plant to honor them with courage, bravery, and defiance in the face of fear. Today’s One Love manchester benefit concert will not only continue, but will do so with greater purpose.”

“We must not be afraid, and in tribute to all those affected here and around the world, we will bring our voices together and sing loudly,” he continued. “I am pleased to say we have the full support of Greater Manchester police and the government and are assured the safety of all those attending is the highest priority.”

He added, “All artists involved have been unwavering in their support this morning and are determined to carry on with the show. We ask the strong city of Manchester and the world to join us in making a statement that hatred and hatred and fear will never win. Today we stand together. Thank you.”

Ariana Grande's Manager Scooter Braun Speaks Out After Bombing: 'Fear Cannot Rule the Day'

Scooter Braun, the longtime manager of Ariana Grande, has taken to Twitter to speak out with his thoughts following the horrific bombing that took the lives of 22 people in Manchester, England.

Understandably, he’s spent the last few days in mourning.

“Tonight I got home and took my parents out to dinner. Korean bbq. We drank and ate and laughed with the tables next to us,” Scooter tweeted. “I experienced joy for the first time in days. And I remembered…we r free. We are all different but we r free to enjoy each other’s company.”

“I will honor those that r lost by living each day full. Full of fun, full of laughter, full of joy. I welcome the differences of my neighbor,” he continued. “The wish of terrorism is to take away that feeling of freedom and joy. No. That is my answer. No. We cant allow it. Fear cannot rule the day. More people die each year from car crashes then terrorism. Yet I will get in my car. I will choose to live then to be afraid. So…”

“Manchester I stand with you. Jakarta I stand with u..children of Syria I stand with you. We will honor you by not giving in to the darkness,” Scooter wrote. “And I will honor all of u by laughing loving and living. Living full for every wonderful innocent child whose life was taken to soon.”

Some fans on social media are urging Scooter to cancel Justin Bieber‘s upcoming U.K. shows (he also manages Justin), but he wrote, “not going to happen. We will never let evil stop us from living our life wih joy.”

Ariana Grande's Manager Scooter Braun Releases Statement Following Manchester Concert Explosion

Ariana Grande‘s manager Scooter Braun is speaking out following the tragic explosion at her Manchester concert.

The 35-year-old music industry exec, who also manages Justin Bieber, took to his Twitter to release a statement in wake of the horrific events.

“Tonight, out hearts are broken. Words cannot express our sorrow for the victims and families harmed in this senseless attack,” Scooter began.

He continued, “We mourn the lives of children and loved ones taken by this cowardly act. We are thankful for the selfless service tonight of Manchester’s first responders, who rushed towards danger to help save lives. We ask all of you to hold the victims, their families and all those affected in your hearts and prayers.”

James Corden Jokingly Compares Scooter Braun to United Airlines at Charity Event

James Corden hits the red carpet at the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation’s Taste for a Cure event on Friday night (April 28) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 38-year-old late night talk show host was at the event to present the Gil Nickel Humanitarian Award to music manager Scooter Braun and his wife Yael for their dedication to high priority cancer research and humanitarian efforts.

“They do to cancer what United does to its passengers. They grab it by the scruff of the neck and say get out,” James jokingly said about the couple.

Other stars in attendance included event host Angela Bassett, Matt McGorry with buddies Cameron Fuller and David Bernon, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and wife Catriona, Fred Savage, Jennifer Grey, Yara Shahidi, and Josh Pence.

The event raised nearly $1 million for cancer research!
