Taylor put extra emphasis on her lyrics “While you’ve been getting down and out about the liars and the dirty, dirty cheats in the world.”

It sounds like Taylor might be throwing a dig at the celebrity manager amid their music drama after Scooter bought her master recordings seemingly without her knowledge.

Sky Ferreira is on Taylor Swift‘s side after she expressed how upset she is that Scooter Braun now owns her master recordings.

The 26-year-old singer and Baby Driver actress posted an update on her Instagram Story on Monday (July 1) in defense of Taylor while detailing her own struggle with the music industry.

“I signed contracts when I was 15 and I’m still paying the consequences for it. Every contract I have ever signed has always been set up to take advantage of me/my work in some way. You have to protect yourself because nobody will do it for you, even if it’s their job,” she said in a statement.
