Tim McGraw Dishes On Quarantine Life With Wife Faith Hill: 'We're Doing Well'

Tim McGraw is opening up about how the quarantine life is treating him and wife Faith Hill during the pandemic.

While speaking to ET about his new single, the 53-year-old country star revealed that quarantine isn’t really that much different for them as their everyday lives.

“Faith and I spend 90 percent of our time together. We’re sort of homebodies. We don’t get out much and we always cook at home. We don’t eat out much,” he says. “We’re always around the house, so we spend a lot of time together anyway. But this has been really good. We enjoy just cuddling up and watching movies, TV series.”

Tim added that he and Faith are in Nashville with daughters Maggie and Audrey, while eldest Gracie is in LA.

“We’re doing well,” he says. “We’re spending a lot of time with family together,” he says. “We have gotten to spend some time cooking and hanging out and just enjoying each other’s company.”

As for his Mother’s Day plans with Faith, Tim says that he does have some ideas of how they’ll spend it.

“Maybe watch her favorite show and hang out, do that kind of thing. Just spend the day together,” Tim adds. “Maybe I’ll go out and hang out with her in her rose garden. She likes to go out to the rose garden and cut roses. She’s always dragging me out there, so maybe I’ll spend some time in the rose garden.”

Tim McGraw Tells 'Colbert' How Family Motivated Him To Change His Lifestyle!

Tim McGraw made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday evening (November 4), and discussed his new lifestyle book “Grit & Grace“!

After joking that it’s the sequel to Grits & Gravy, the 52-year-old country star shared the real inspiration behind getting into shape was his family who helped kick him into high gear.

“Have you seen my wife? I want to hang onto her,” McGraw told Stephen. “I spent a lot of time living the wrong lifestyle on the road and not taking care of myself like I should. I had a great life: I was doing movies, I was selling records, tickets were great, and I wasn’t taking care of myself and I wasn’t living up to the expectations of my family and the people that worked for me.”

“I took my kids to a holiday movie. I had just done a movie and hadn’t expected my face on a 100-foot screen,” Tim added, recalling a trailer of his past film being shown. “My daughter Gracie looked over at me and was like, ‘Geeze, Dad you gotta do something.’ She probably was 11-years-old [at the time]. It said a lot more to me. It said that she had been paying attention to my lifestyle and I had to change the way I was conducting myself.”

Tim McGraw Flaunts His Muscles in 'Men's Health' Fitness Spread

Tim McGraw is putting his hot body on display for a new photo and video spread in Men’s Health!

The 52-year-old country singer opened up about transforming his body with a 40-pound weight loss. Here’s what he shared with the mag:

On taking pride in his transformation: “Most things in this business are out of your control. What the radio is going to play, how many records you’re going to sell. Control the things you can, and maybe that helps.”

On his cheat meal: “A cheeseburger is my all-time favorite. Now I try to earn it, and I’ll do a little extra work.”

On his workout kryptonite: “I don’t have a least favorite move, though I’d have to say legwork isn’t a favorite. It’s mostly because I’m always trying to grow mine, and it can be hard to find balance.”

On leveraging global stardom to build his wellness brand, TRUMAV: “I don’t really get tired of training. There’s such a feeling of accomplishment that comes from the feeling of being my age and still being at the top of my game.”
