Damian Lewis hits the red carpet with his wife Helen McCrory at the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old actor was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his work as Nicholas Brody on Homeland.

Damian was nominated against Downton Abbey‘s Hugh Bonneville, Breaking Bad‘s Bryan Cranston, The Newsroom‘s Jeff Daniels, Mad Men‘s Jon Hamm, and House of Cards‘ Kevin Spacey. The award ultimately went to Jeff.
