A source is explaining why Celine Dion really decided to cancel her remaining tour dates and spoke to her future plans.
If you don’t know, Celine was originally scheduled to begin the European leg of her Courage World Tour in February 2023, but in December 2022, she announced that she was postponing the tour due to health issues. Specifically, Celine is dealing with Stiff Person Syndrome, which is an extremely rare and incurable neurological disorder.

In the movie, Celine stars as herself, as the subject of journalist Rob Burns’ (Heughan) new profile of her. While writing the piece, Rob becomes captivated by the messages he’s been receiving from Mira (Chopra Jonas) on his phone.

The new movie Love Again, starring Celine Dion, is now in theaters, but sadly you’ll have to wait another week to listen to the full soundtrack.
Celine plays herself in the rom-com and recorded five new songs, including the title track “Love Again” and the song “I’ll Be.”
The songs mark Celine‘s first new music since her 2019 album Courage and the soundtrack also features six of her past hits, as well as three of the film’s score selections.
“I had a lot of fun doing this movie. And to have the privilege of appearing with the beautiful and talented actors Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Sam Heughan in my very first feature film is a gift that I will cherish forever. I think it’s a wonderful feel-good story, and I hope that people will like it, and like the new songs too,” Celine said in a statement.

Celine Dion is back!
The 55-year-old “My Heart Will Go On” music legend unleashed her new song “Love Again” on Thursday (April 13).
“Love Again,” her first new song since her 2019 album Courage, is one of five originals that Celine contributed to the soundtrack for Love Again. The movie stars Priyanka Chopra and Sam Heughan. She will also make her big screen debut in the film.

The 42-year-old Outlander actor and the 40-year-old Quantico alum are set to star in a new romantic comedy, which hits movie theaters on May 15.
Here’s a plot summary: “What if a random text message led to the love of your life? In this romantic comedy, dealing with the loss of her fiancé, Mira Ray sends a series of romantic texts to his old cell phone number…not realizing the number was reassigned to Rob Burns’ new work phone. A journalist, Rob is captivated by the honesty in the beautifully confessional texts. When he’s assigned to write a profile of megastar Celine Dion (playing herself in her first film role), he enlists her help in figuring out how to meet Mira in person…and win her heart.
