Erika Jayne has been hit with another lawsuit.
The 51-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her estranged husband Tom Girardi are being sued for $745,000 over claims of fraud and theft by Christina Fulton, who is the ex-girlfriend of Nicolas Cage.

Kyle Richards has found herself in some major hot water with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans.
Earlier this week, Bravo released a few clips from the upcoming episode of the hit reality series where in one clip, Kyle is hanging out with husband Mauricio Umansky along with Dorit Kemsley and her husband Paul “PK” Kemsley.
While they’re hanging out, the group talks about attending Garcelle Beauvais‘ birthday party, where a drunk Erika Jayne first hits on Garcelle‘s eldest son Oliver Sanders, 31, before insulting her younger son Jax Nilon, 14, when he goes to get a vase of flowers from a table in front of Erika.
“Get the f–k out of here. Get the f–k out of here,” Erika says to Jax. “Get the f–k out of here before you get in trouble.”
Dorit was sitting at the table when this encounter happened, and said in a confessional, “I know Erika’s drunk and I know she’s joking around. But that’s Garcelle’s son, he’s 14-years-old. I feel sick to my stomach.”
However, Dorit, Kyle, Mauricio, and PK then all laughed about the tense moment between Erika and Jax, with Mauricio calling it “great.”

In a new filing published by People, the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claimed that she was unable to pay $2,226,985.77 in California state taxes, which she allegedly owes from 2019.

The casts of Selling Sunset, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Bachelor Nation, and Jersey Shore attended the awards show held at the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, airing on Sunday (June 5).
Hosted by Vanessa Hudgens, the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards will hand out special awards to Jack Black and Jennifer Lopez.

Bethenny Frankel is responding to the comment Erika Jayne made about her and her late boyfriend Dennis Shields.
On Wednesday night (May 18), Erika, 50, made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live when host Andy Cohen brought up a comment Bethenny, 51, previously made about her estranged husband Tom Girardi.
Last year, amid the 82-year-old lawyer’s embezzlement scandal, Bethenny claimed that she heard rumors that Tom allegedly owed people money, and also claimed that he owed her late ex-boyfriend, Dennis, “half a million dollars.” She also alleged that Tom was “using people’s money” to support Erika‘s lavish lifestyle.
During WWHL, Andy brought up these comments to Erika, who responded with a dig at Bethenny and Dennis.

The taglines are here for the new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!
Some fans didn’t think we would get the taglines until the show aired, but on Wednesday morning (May 11), hours before the season 12 premiere, Bravo revealed them.
The main cast for the new season, receiving taglines, include Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Girardi, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff and newcomer Diana Jenkins.
Also a part of the new season as “friend” of the show are Kathy Hilton and Sheree Zampino.
