John Goodman & Billy Crystal to Return for 'Monsters Inc.' Series!

John Goodman and Billy Crystal are reprising their roles!

The voices of Monster Inc.‘s Mike and Sulley will return for the upcoming series Monsters At Work in production at Disney+, Variety reported on Tuesday (April 9).

The show will follow Tylor Tuskmon (Ben Feldman), an eager and talented young mechanic on the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team who dreams of working his way up to the factory Laugh Floor to become a Jokester alongside his idols Mike and Sulley.

The show is set to premiere in 2020, and will include several original cast members, including John Ratzenberger as Yeti, Jennifer Tilly as Celia Mae and Bob Peterson as Roz.

Kelly Marie Tran will play Val Little, Tylor’s lifelong friend and confidante, while Henry Winkler is Fritz, the scatterbrained boss of the operation. Lucas Neff will voice Duncan, an opportunistic plumber, Alanna Ubach plays Cutter, the officious rule follower and Stephen Stanton plays Smitty and Needleman, the bumbling custodial team. Aisha Tyler will voice Tylor’s mom, Millie Tuskmon.

'Star Wars,' 'High School Musical,' & 'Monsters, Inc.' to Get TV Series on Disney Streaming Service

Disney’s upcoming streaming service has announced three exciting new series!

A live-action Star Wars series is in the works and it is set to launch in 2019.

New shows based on the Disney Channel film franchise High School Musical and the beloved Pixar film Monsters, Inc. are also in the works, according to THR.

Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed the new shows during a quarterly earnings call with investors on Thursday (November 9) and he also talked about the pricing for the streaming service, which he says will be lower than the price of Netflix. The company is also considering licensing content from other studios for the streaming service!

The Star Wars news comes right after plans for a new film trilogy were announced.
