The series finale of Parks and Recreation is less than an hour away and the cast is reminiscing about the end on their Twitter accounts.

The beloved NBC comedy series is ending tonight after seven seasons and so many laughs from 125 total episodes.

Amy Poehler and Adam Scott get into their spiffy evening wear to film a scene for their show Parks and Recreation on Thursday (August 28) in Pasadena, Calif.

The 42-year-old actress appeared on a recent episode of The Approval Matrix and host Neal Brennan told her that for the modern man, “Being cool is, like, passé. And now you have to be awkward and adorkable.”

“Well, this feeling that you’re having right now – which is like, ‘I’m supposed to be all things’ – is a feeling that women have every day and have their whole lives. So you’re just starting to experience it now,” Amy responded. “We have to deal with all those juxtapositions every day, but I’m glad you’re finally experiencing it as a white male.”

It was just announced that Rashida Jones will be exiting her hit show Parks and Recreation in the middle of the upcoming sixth season, according to THR.

The 37-year-old actress is not the only one leaving, Rob Lowe, who joined in the second season, is also confirmed to exit.

Besides from Parks and Recreation, Rashida is busy developing projects with Warner Brothers Television, while Rob can be seen in the upcoming TV movie Killing Kennedy.

Amy Poehler films scenes for her show Parks and Recreation with her co-star Rob Lowe on Wednesday (March 6) in Pasadena, Calif.

The 41-year-old actress was also joined on set by Adam Scott, who she was seen patting on the butt!

Amy recently responded to comments made by Taylor Swift, who inferred that she and Tina Fey would be going to hell for the joke they made about her at the Golden Globes.

“Aw, I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist, and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to hell. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff,” Amy told THR.

“I think the thing that makes our cast so good,” co-creator Mike Schur said, “is they all have very different points of view comedically. There are the improvisers, Amy Poehler and Aubrey Plaza, and then Aziz Ansari is a stand-up, and then Chris Pratt is this lumbering comedy Great Dane. Everyone has their own superpower.”

“It’s hard to be vulnerable, but it’s very important in comedy,” Amy said. “It can’t be something you tag on at the end with a musical montage. You have to earn it.”

The 41-year-old actress was spotted mingling with her co-stars Rashida Jones and Aubrey Plaza.

The day before, Amy and her adorable sons Archie and Abel picked up some pet supplies at Petco in Beverly Hills.
