The Red Hot Chili Peppers are officially back on tour and the beloved band just kicked off the next leg of their world tour.

The group launched the 2023 North American leg with a show in Vancouver and they’ll be traveling around the U.S. for the next couple months before heading to Europe in the summer. The band will play Brazil in November!

There are some incredible support acts attached to the tour including The Strokes, Iggy Pop, The Roots, St Vincent, and more.

The list of the Top 30 highest-grossing concert tours of the year has been released!

Pollstar has dropped the touring data for the year and all of the concerts this year grossed $6.28 billion collectively, which is a new record.

One of the drivers in increasing tour revenue was the move from arena tours to stadium tours in 2022, with artists from all genres playing the biggest venues in the country.

Shockingly and sadly, only two women are in the Top 30 and you’re probably going to be surprised by some of the names on this list.

The data is just for North American shows instead of worldwide shows. We have some interesting info, including the average gross per show for each tour and the amount of tickets each artist sold.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have kicked off their summer tour!

The beloved band will be playing stadium shows for the rest of the summer, leading up to the release of their second album of 2022.

Unlimited Love was released back in April and the band will drop their new album Return of the Dream Canteen on October 14.

During the opening night of the tour, RHCP performed “Scar Tissue,” “Californication,” and “Snow (Hey Oh),” as well as new fan favorites “Black Summer” and “These are the Ways.”

The band will be joined by artists like HAIM, Beck, Thundercat, The Strokes, King Princess, and St. Vincent throughout the tour.

The 2022 Billboard Music Awards are airing this weekend and we have the full list of performers!

Sean “Diddy” Combs will host the show from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday (May 15).

Mary J. Blige is set to receive the Icon Award at this year’s BBMAs, honoring her legacy in the music industry. She will also be performing at the show.

The BBMAs will broadcast live at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC and will also be available to stream on Peacock.
