'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' & 'Kissing Booth' Franchises Ending at Netflix in 2021

Netflix has confirmed that the new films in their popular franchises – The Kissing Booth 3 and To All the Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean, will be the last movies in the franchises.

Both of the popular young adult franchises will have their third and final movies airing sometime in 2021. After that, there will be no more films in the franchise, Variety reports.

The To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before franchise stars Lana Condor, Noah Centineo, and Jordan Fisher. The Kissing Booth franchise stars Joey King, Jacob Elordi, and Taylor Zakhar Perez. All of the previous movies in both franchises are currently available to stream on Netflix right now.

Netflix's 'To All the Boys' Sequel - See the First Look Photos!

The sequel to the hit Netflix movie To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is going to be released in two months and the streaming service just revealed the first photos from the film!

To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You will reunite Lana Condor and Noah Centineo, plus it will introduce Jordan Fisher to the cast.

Here is the movie’s synopsis: It’s a new year and Lara Jean (Condor) and Peter (Centineo) are no longer pretending to be a couple. They ARE a couple. And, as Lara Jean navigates a trove of official firsts with Peter — her first real kiss, her first real date, her first Valentine’s Day — she finds herself leaning more on Kitty and Margot (Anna Cathcart and Janel Parrish), Chris (Madeleine Arthur), and an unexpected new confidant, Stormy (Holland Taylor), to help her manage the complex emotions that come with this new chapter of balancing a relationship and figuring out her authentic self.

'To All the Boys' Sequel Gets Release Date, Third Movie Announced!

The sequel to the hit Netflix film To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before just got a release date and the streaming service also announced that a third movie is already being made!

Noah Centineo, Lana Condor, and Jordan Fisher will star in To All the Boys: PS I Still Love You, which will be released on February 12.

The cast is currently working on the third movie, which will be titled, To All the Boys: Always & Forever, Lara Jean.

The second movie centers on what happens after Lara Jean and Peter commit to a real relationship, but then things get complicated when John Ambrose McLaren returns and Lara Jean finds out she still has feelings for him too.

Ross Butler Joins 'To All the Boys' Sequel as Noah Centineo's Best Friend

Ross Butler has joined the cast of the upcoming sequel to Netflix’s hit film To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.

The 28-year-old actor will be playing the role of Trevor, the best friend of Noah Centineo‘s Peter Kavinsky.

Ross and Noah happen to be best friends in real life as well!

“We’re thrilled to announce that the endlessly charming Ross Butler has joined the cast of the To All the Boys sequel as Trevor Pike,” producer Matt Kaplan said in a statement to EW. “His real-life friendship with Noah brings a natural chemistry and great rapport to the set and we can’t wait for fans to see this friendship play out onscreen.”

Jordan Fisher Joins 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' Sequel!

Jordan Fisher has joined the cast of the upcoming To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel as John Ambrose McClaren!

The role was previously played in the first movie by Jordan Burtchett, but he will not be returning for the sequel.

John Ambrose is one of the boys who received a letter from Lana Condor‘s Lara Jean Covey in the first movie. He shows up at the Covey household in the final moments of the movie.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Jordan Fisher join the To All the Boys family as John Ambrose McClaren,” producer Matt Kaplan said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly. “Jordan’s charisma practically leaps off the screen with anything he does, whether it’s acting, singing, or dancing. There isn’t a more perfect guy who could believably shake things up in Lara Jean and Peter’s world.”

Lana and Noah Centineo are both returning for the sequel.

'To All The Boys I've Loved Before' Sequel Officially Confirmed!

A sequel to the hit Netflix movie To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before has been officially confirmed!

The upcoming sequel will be the first movie produced within a new partnership between Netflix and Paramount.

Paramount’s parent company Viacom recently acquired AwesomenessTV, the company that produced the original. Viacom CEO Bob Bakish says that the sequel “might have a sexier title over time,” according to Deadline.

Fans have been clamoring for a sequel following the massive success of the first film, which is “one of the most-viewed films of all time on the platform.”

Lana Condor, Noah Centineo, and Israel Broussard led the cast of the first film. No casting has yet been confirmed for the sequel.
