Armie Hammer Blocked by Jessica Ciencin Henriquez After Their Date Last Month

Armie Hammer and writer Jessica Ciencin Henriquez reportedly had a brief fling in early September, but it seems things didn’t end well between them.

The 34-year-old actor split from his wife Elizabeth Chambers over the summer while Jessica, 35, used to be married to actor Josh Lucas.

Armie and Jessica were spotted on a lunch date in September and they were seen getting cozy during the meal.

According to a screencap posted by the Instagram account Deuxmoi, Jessica went on Twitter on Friday night (October 30) to participate in the “How it started / How it’s going” meme.

Jessica shared a photo from the date with Armie as her “How it started.” She then shared a screencap of Armie‘s Instagram account, which she blocked, as her “How it’s going.”

The tweet has since been deleted, which Jessica told fans would probably happen just last week. She wrote, “I’m the queen of tweeting and deleting. I just want to keep you guys on your toes.” She added, “It is my most consistent character trait.”

Armie broke his silence on his divorce during an interview last month.

Armie Hammer Says He Realized He Needed Help During Lockdown, Started Therapy

Armie Hammer is getting honest about the moment he realized he was “not okay” during lockdown and how he sought out therapy to help him out.

The 34-year-old actor opened up to British GQ during a conversation for the GQ Heroes series on YouTube.

“I think like everyone else on the planet, I felt like the rug was ripped from under my feet and I felt like I could feel it happening in slow motion, like the rug was just being ripped from my feet and I was falling face-first and I was gonna smash my face on the ground,” Armie said. “I felt like I was in a state of like, free fall almost. Like it was just, it was really difficult.”

“I had a wake-up call one day,” he later said. “I had a very intense wake-up call one day and I realized that I needed more help than I realized. So I called a friend of mine, Brendan, who works in mental health and I was like, ‘Dude, it’s not good. It’s not good for me,’ and he goes, ‘i know, it’s not good for anyone,’ and I go, ‘Yeah, but really not good for me, like I’m having a really hard time. I don’t know what the answer to this is.’ And he ended up getting me on the phone with a therapist who I started working with multiple times a week just to get me through sort of like the crisis aspect of what was going on.”

Armie says that he still works with the therapist “at least” once a week.

“I think that this has been a very interesting time where when we stripped away everything that society said, ‘Oh, you can distract yourself with going out to dinner,’ ‘You can distract yourself with night clubs,’ ‘You can distract yourself with pubs,’ ‘You can distract yourself with whatever,’” Armie continued. “When that was stripped away, we were stuck dealing with ourselves. And I think a lot of people realized that they didn’t like what themselves looked like. They didn’t like where they’d gotten to, and I was in that position as well and I decided to just take whatever steps I could to make a difference and to help myself.”

Armie also talked about being a dad to his two kids, who he shares with estranged wife Elizabeth Chambers. They split over the summer after 10 years of marriage.

“I can’t be the best father that I can be if I’m not the best version of myself,” he said. “I can’t be the best friend, I can’t be the best actor, I can’t be any of that if I’m not actually a good, healthy, functioning version of myself. And having the time to sit with myself in quarantine made it painfully clear that I’ve got some improvement to do and that’s the goal, that’s the journey.”

Armie recently opened up about the status of the Call Me By Your Name sequel.

Armie Hammer Doesn't Want a 'Call Me By Your Name' Sequel For At Least 10 Years

Armie Hammer is opening up about a possible sequel for Call My By Your Name.

While speaking to Collider about his most recent movie, Rebecca, the 34-year-old actor spoke about the rumors of a sequel happening for Call My By Your Name which also starred Timothee Chalamet.

“It needs room to breathe,” he shared and added it should be in 10 years rather than a few years from now.

Armie added that “so many people are emotionally invested in Call Me by Your Name that, if we made a second one now, no matter what, you’re just setting yourself up for failure. If you give us time and I can come back in my 40s, and [Timothée Chalamet] is 23, then we can make it.”

There are plans to make the movie, with the cast and director returning in place.

If you didn’t see, Armie recently left a spicy comment on Timothee‘s Instagram. See what it was here…

Armie Hammer Requests Ex Elizabeth Chambers & Kids Return to U.S. as He Files for Joint Custody

Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers‘ divorce has taken a turn.

After announcing their split back in July, the 34-year-old actor has filed for joint custody of his kids and is requesting that Elizabeth, 38, return to the United States with their kids.

Elizabeth and kids Harper, 5, and Ford, 3, have been quarantining in the Cayman Islands for the past several months. Armie returned to Los Angeles shortly after they announced their separation.

“As the coronavirus pandemic worsened in the United States, Elizabeth and Armie elected to stay with their children temporarily in the Cayman Islands where the pandemic appeared to be under greater control,” Armie‘s lawyers stated in legal documents, according to The Blast. “Armie returned to Los Angeles this past July, with a promise from Elizabeth that she and the children would follow shortly thereafter. To date, however, Elizabeth and the children remain in the Cayman Islands and Armie has not seen the children in several months now.”

Also in the filing, Armie said, “When I asked Elizabeth when she was coming home, however, she first told me that the airports were closed. Then I was informed through her attorneys that flights were merely limited but that she and our children would be back in Los Angeles on the first flight in October.”

He continued, “It is now several weeks into October and they have not returned.”

Armie was seen out with one famous celeb just a few weeks ago, and then was seen with another celeb’s ex a short time later.

Armie Hammer Explains His Thirsty Comment on Timothee Chalamet's Instagram Post!

Armie Hammer is speaking out to explain why he left that thirsty comment on his Call Me By Your Name co-star Timothee Chalamet‘s Instagram account this week.

The 34-year-old actor commented on Timothee‘s latest selfie and wrote, “OoOOOoOoooo KING S—T!!! 🍆🍆🍆💦💦💦💦💦❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥.”

During an interview with Variety, Armie explained why he left that comment.

“People got so excited. I don’t think they realized that I was actually making fun of how ridiculous people sound on the internet now,” he said.

Armie also said he wasn’t commenting on a sequel to Call Me By Your Name.

“I did not comment to announce anything about Call Me By Your Name. I promise,” he added. “I still haven’t seen the script. I don’t know if there is a script and they’re just not giving it to me or if there isn’t a script. I don’t know exactly where we are in the process. I think 2020 knocked everything for a loop so I don’t know. We’ll see where we are when the dust settles.”

A breakout actor from one of Netflix’s newest shows is reacting to being compared to Armie.
