Eva Mendes gets her daily dose of caffeine as she and a friend go to Starbucks on Thursday (May 17) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 38-year-old Girl in Progress actress was also spotted picking up – and balancing! – two Starbucks drinks the following day.

Eva has some exciting projects coming up soon! One is The Place Beyond the Pines – it features Eva‘s boyfriend Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper. The drama is slated to hit theaters later this year.

Eva Mendes wears a bright Jonathan Saunders dress while leaving the Today show studio on Wednesday (May 9) in New York City.

The 38-year-old actress – who accessorized with Thierry Lasry sunglasses and Prada heels – promoted her new film, Girl in Progress, on the morning news program.

Collider recently asked Eva how much of a girl in progress she is at this stage of her life.

“Personally? Oh, gosh! I often refer to myself as a work in progress, so it’s funny that this is the title of the film. I’m always taking the odd class, in anything, to grow,” she told the website.

“I just took a course in Thai massage,” Eva revealed. “It sounds so funny, but I enjoy giving massages. My mom has terrible neck and back problems, so I grew up massaging her and I feel like she trained me well, so I took a course in Thai massage. I’ve got to say, I’ve been told I’m pretty good.”
