Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco don their Rocky Horror Picture Show finest at the 2013 A Night at Sardi’s Gala benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association on Wednesday (March 20) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The Big Bang Theory co-stars performed “The Time Warp” from The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the event with the help of their cast mates Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, Melissa Rauch, Mayim Bialik and Kunal Nayyar.

“This is the fifth year we, as The Big Bang cast, have come here to do a number to keep bringing attention to this cause” Jim told ET. “There is no cure yet and it’s just very important to keep attention on it until there is one.”

Emmy Rossum glams up for the 2013 A Night at Sardi’s Gala benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association on Wednesday (March 20) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Arrow star Colin Donnell stepped out on the red carpet with his girlfriend Zelda Williams while The Big Bang Theory‘s cast, including Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Mayim Bialik, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, and Kunal Nayyar were all in attendance.

Also showing their support for the great cause were Zachary Levi, 2 Broke Girls‘ Beth Behrs, Emmy‘s Shameless co-star Shanola Hampton, and NCIS Los Angeles‘ Barrett Foa.

Kaley Cuoco and Jim Parsons hit the red carpet at the 2013 PaleyFest Panel for their show The Big Bang Theory on Wednesday (March 13) at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 27-year-old actress and Jim, 39, were joined by their co-stars Johnny Galecki, Mayim Bialik, Melissa Rauch, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, and Pauley Perrette.

Mayim Bialik is getting a divorce from her husband of nine years, Michael Stone.

“After much consideration and soul-searching, Michael and I have arrived at the decision to divorce due to ‘Irreconcilable Differences,’” the 36-year-old Big Bang Theory actress wrote on her blog. “Divorce is terribly sad, painful and incomprehensible for children. It is not something we have decided lightly.”

“The hands-on style of parenting we practice played no role in the changes that led to this decision; relationships are complicated no matter what style of parenting you choose,” Mayim continued. “The main priority for us now is to make the transition to two loving homes as smooth and painless as possible. Our sons [Miles and Frederick] deserve parents committed to their growth and health and that’s what we are focusing on. Our privacy has always been important and is even more so now, and we thank you in advance for respecting it as we negotiate this new terrain.”

“We will be ok,” she wrote to end her post.
