Sophia Bush says goodbye to One Tree Hill and hello to the new CBS show, Partners, a comedy developed by the creators of Will & Grace.

“Holy sh*t! Happy Mother’s Day Ma! I’m employed again!” the 29-year-old actress tweeted.

Partners follows the bromance of two architects — Joe (David Krumholtz) and Louis (Michael Urie), whose friendship is tested when Joe proposes to his girlfriend Ali (Bush). As the news of the engagement settles, Louis’ neurotic attempts to be supportive nearly result in the breakup of his own relationship.

Brandon Routh is set to play the boyfriend of Michael Urie‘s character in CBS’ comedy pilot Partners.

The 32-year-old Chuck and Superman Returns star will take on the role of a “former alcoholic, club-hopping model, now a sober, vegan nurse,” according to Deadline.

The show centers on longtime friends, business partners, and architects Charlie, who is straight, and Louis (Urie), who is gay.

Sophia Bush will play Ali, Charlie’s fiance, who’s a jewelry boutique owner.

English actress Lucy Davis and Sherri actress Elizabeth Regen have also been cast in the show.

Michael Urie has joined the cast of CBS’ new comedy pilot Partners!

The 31-year-old actor will join Sophia Bush in the new pilot, which tells the story of two male architects whose relationship itself resembles a marriage.

The multicamera comedy is from Max Mutchnick and David Kohan, who created Will & Grace.

Michael, probably best known for his run on Ugly Betty, currently stars on Broadway in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

Ugly Betty alum Michael Urie has landed a new project over at TBS!

The 30-year-old actor will star in Brain Trust, the story of a “disgraced police detective Billy Doyle (Sweeney) whose work is helped and hindered by a brilliant, strange and lovable trio of uber-geeks from a local think tank: Professor Nelson Kirby (Jed Rees), Professor Franklin Gordon (Urie) and Professor Monica Ashton (Lindy Booth),” according to Deadline.

Michael also has a off-Broadway run coming up early next year, when he’ll star in Angels in America for five weeks.

The series finale of Ugly Betty is just two weeks away!

Here’s the synopsis for episode “Hello Goodbye:” It’s the end of an era, but the beginning, Betty hopes, of something wonderful. In the award-winning series’ finale, which also features appearances by familiar faces from the past, Betty finds it hard to tell Daniel important news about her future. When she does, his reaction surprises her, but not Claire. Justin and Bobby enthusiastically consider taking advantage of a softening real estate market by apartment-hunting in Manhattan, but Hilda’s resisting even the most amazing places. Amanda grapples with the death of her dog, Halston, and Marc wonders if he’ll ever have a successful relationship.

The series finale of Ugly Betty airs on Wednesday, April 14 @ 10PM ET/PT on ABC. Sad face!!!!!

Soap opera star Spencer Cannon (Mad Men‘s Bryan Batt) gets to know Marc St. James (Michael Urie), a junior editor at Mode fashion magazine, in an upcoming episode of Ugly Betty.

In episode “The Past Presents the Future,” wedding day is approaching for Hilda (Ana Ortiz). Betty asks Daniel (Eric Mabius) to be her plus-one, Ignacio invites Elena, and Amanda (Becki Newton) is set on fixing up Marc with her new client, Spencer (Batt). Meanwhile, Justin (Mark Indelicato) weighs whether his own plus-one could be Austin (Ryan McGinnis), Betty (America Ferrera) considers unexpected offers in her personal and professional life, and Wilhelmina finds a way to fight the Meade empire by using Tyler as her pawn,

This special episode of Ugly Betty airs on Wednesday (April 7) @ 10PM ET/PT on ABC.

Ugly Betty star Mark Indelicato celebrates his 16th birthday at the Red Bull Space in NYC on Saturday night (March 13).

Mark‘s Ugly co-stars enjoyed pizza, burgers, ice cream and Jana water. Who came out to support? America Ferrara (with director boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams), Ana Ortiz, Michael Urie, Judith Light, Adam Rodriguez and Tony Plana.

DJ Josh Madden kept the dance floor pumping with energy for Mark and all of his friends.

Mark wrote on his blog, “It was probably the best night of my entire life. I had everyone that I love and that love me around at all times and it turned out to be sooo fun! There was dancing, eating, drinking, [Nintendo] Wii, Ben & Jerry’s Ice cream you name it we had it!”

The event was sponsored by Yellow Fever (they also dressed Mark for the event) and cupcakes were provided by Crumbs.
