Margot Robbie had so much to say during a conversation with Deadline.

The 33-year-old Barbie actress and producer opened up about the blockbuster, which wound up becoming the biggest hit of 2023.

In the process, she revealed the surprising comedy franchise that inspired the tone of the movie and the actress that she originally wanted to see in the lead role.

When the conversation turned to the future, Margot had an update on the Ocean’s Elven movie she is set to star in. She also hinted at something else she wants to do still.

Margot even explained why it might be a while before we see her on the big screen again!

George Clooney is hinting at a possible Ocean’s Eleven reunion movie!

The 62-year-old actor starred as Danny Ocean in Ocean’s Eleven, Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen, alongside the likes of Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Julia Roberts.

Another film, Ocean’s 8, released in 2018 which centered on an all female team, and there’s a new prequel movie in the works!

During a recent interview, George talked about potentially playing Danny Ocean again in another film.

George Clooney‘s parents in the new Ocean’s Eleven reboot might be played by Barbie and Ken!

If you forgot, George brought Danny Ocean to life in the franchise. He took over the role in 2001 and played him through 2007′s Ocean’s Thirteen.

Now, Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling are set to star in the next movie from the franchise, which has been billed as a prequel. Nothing is official, but a rumor picking up steam is that the costars will play Danny’s parents.

During a recent red carpet appearance, George weighed in on the casting decision.

The 41-year-old actor is in talks to join Margot in the upcoming reboot of the Ocean’s Eleven movie, which is being billed as a “prequel,” according to Puck.

THR reports that Ryan is still in negotiations for the movie, which is “known to be an original Ocean’s Eleven tale that is set in Europe in the 1960s.”

Margot is producing the movie alongside husband Tom Ackerley, director Jay Roach, and Michelle Graham. The hope is that the movie will begin production in spring 2023.

Ryan is heading to Australia soon for his next movie and he has an exciting new co-star that was announced last week.

Here’s some super cool news… Sandra Bullock is set to lead the cast of an all-female Ocean’s Eleven reboot!

The movie is set the be directed by Gary Ross (The Hunger Games, Seabiscuit) and it has reportedly been in the works for the last year, according to Indie Wire. The franchise’s director Steven Soderbergh is producing the film with former star George Clooney, who is a longtime friend of Sandra.

The Ocean’s Eleven reboot comes on the heels of the all-female Ghostbusters movie being released next year.
