Taylor Swift is making a rare public appearance!

The 32-year-old entertainer made an appearance at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival to chat about directing the 10-minute music video for her song “All Too Well” on Saturday afternoon (June 11) at the Beacon Theatre in New York City.

For the event, Taylor looked pretty in a black pinstriped vest and matching trousers as she was joined the stars of the music video, Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien.

Supporting Taylor at the event were her close friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

Today, May 18, Taylor Swift received an honorary doctorate from New York University and delivered the commencement address to the graduating class of 2022.

The 32-year-old entertainer’s full speech is now available, and there are references to her songs like “Welcome To New York” and “22,” as well as references to getting canceled and being “publicly humiliated over and over again.”

Taylor Swift arrives to deliver the New York University 2022 Commencement Address and receive her honorary doctorate at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday (May 18) in New York City.

The 32-year-old entertainer opened her speech by saying, “I’m 90% sure that the reason I’m here is because I have a song called ‘22.’”

Other highlights from her speech included, “Learn to live alongside cringe. No matter how hard you try to avoid being cringe, you will look back on your life and cringe retrospectively. Cringe is unavoidable over a lifetime,” and ““Not being invited to parties and sleepovers in my hometown made me feel hopelessly lonely. But because I felt alone, I would sit in my room and write songs that would give me a ticket to somewhere else.”

The brand new trailer for Where the Crawdads Sing, starring Daisy Edgar Jones, just debuted online (and it features some new Taylor Swift music, too!)
