“Hey, America. Did you miss my hot breath in your ear?” Will (in character as Ron Burgundy) says in the clip.

“Look, it’s gonna be a fun movie,” he adds at the end. “It’s time to do it again but this time I’m on top.”

Will announced the Anchorman sequel in March during an appearance on Conan. The comedy is set to hit theaters sometime next year!

‘Anchorman 2′ Teaser Trailer

Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis get ready to debate in a trailer for their upcoming comedy, The Campaign.

The 44-year old Anchorman actor and his 42-year-old costar play two rival North Carolinian politicians with presidential aspirations in the Jay Roach-directed flick.

The movie also stars Jason Sudeikis and is slated for release on August 10.

Earlier this year, Will announced plans to film Anchorman 2! Paul Rudd and Steve Carrell have reportedly signed on for the project as well.

Will Ferrell – in character as Ron Burgundy – revealed the big news on Conan‘s Wednesday night (March 28) episode.

“I want to announce this to everyone in the Americas, to our friends in Spain, Turkey, and the UK, including England. As of 0900 mountain time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel to Anchorman,” the 44-year-old funnyman said as the studio audience cheered. “It is official.”

“Hey America & Hawaii. Looks like Paramount & my lawyer Gene Tigerworthy have agreed to terms on a sequel to Anchorman. Whiskey sours on me!” said one tweet from Ron‘s just launched Twitter page.

Will Ferrell, Genesis Rodriguez, and Diego Luna recently made an appearance on MTV at the Movies’ Pelis and Popcorn show to chat about their new flick Casa de mi Padre!

The co-stars sat down with host Karli Henriquez to dish about making the film, funny things that happened on set, and even their favorite Spanish words.

Casa de mi Padre is about the Alvarez brothers (Ferrell and Luna) who find themselves in a war with Mexico’s most feared drug lord while scheming on a way to save their father’s ranch.

Will Ferrell and Genesis Rodriguez attend the premiere of their new comedy, Casa de Mi Padre, on Wednesday (March 14) at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

Co-stars Gael Garcia Bernal and Diego Luna (with wife Camila Sodi) also walked the red carpet.

Casa de Mi Padre centers around the son of a dead racncher (Ferrell) who unknowingly gets into a war with a local drug lord (Bernal) after trying to settle his family’s estate.

Also pictured at the premiere: Amy Poehler with her Parks and Recreation co-star Aubrey Plaza and SNL‘s Maya Rudolph and Fred Armisen.

Check out Will Ferrell singing “Yo No Se” from his upcoming Spanish language comedy Casa de mi Padre, in theaters March 16!

“Yo No Se” translates to “I Don’t Know,” and in the song, Will and his co-stars sing, “I live a simple life, I’m friends with the cows, I have no thoughts, I am a ranchero.”

Casa de mi Padre tells the story of the Alvarez brothers, who try to save their father’s ranch but find themselves in a war with Mexico’s most feared drug lord.

Will Ferrell attends a screening for his new film Casa De Mi Padre held at the Colony Theater on Wednesday (February 29) in Miami Beach, Fla.

The 44-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Diego Luna and Genesis Rodriguez.
