Al Roker is updating fans about his health.

The 68-year-old weather anchor appeared on NBC on Monday (December 12) virtually, calling in from his kitchen after returning to the hospital to be treated for blood clots in his legs and lungs.

“It’s been a tough slog, I’m not going to deny this,” he told Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Craig Melvin and Dylan Dreyer.
