Yellowjackets is coming back, but we’re going to be waiting a while.

The Showtime series wrapped Season 2 back in 2023, and fans are already eager to know more about the third season of the show, which was greenlit by execs at the end of 2022.

Showrunner and co-creator Ashley Lyle confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that the plan is for the show to run for five seasons.

The third season of Yellowjackets will not be premiering until 2025, executive producers Ashley Lyle, Jonathan Lisco and Bart Nickerson told Deadline on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards in January.

Pre-production for the series was shut down just one day after the WGA strike began last May. The writers room for the show reopened in September 2023 after the Hollywood strikes ended.

Lucy Hale, Lana Condor, and Alexandra Shipp are among the stars who attended a pop-up to celebrate the new Miss Dior fragrance from Dior Beauty.

The pop-up, named Miss Dior Avenue, brought visitors back to the 1960s with various rooms including a cinema, a flower shop, and a parfumerie.

Banks performed for the crowd at the event on Wednesday (March 6) in West Hollywood, Calif.

“So happy to be out in Los Angeles,” singer Maggie Rogers told Vogue. “I’m thrilled to be here with Dior celebrating their new perfume, and really excited to see Banks. We’ve been circling each other on the New York scene for a long time, and I have so much respect for her. I’m really excited to see her play.”

So many stars graced the red carpet outside Bar Marmont on Wednesday night (March 6) to attend Vanity Fair and Instagram Celebrate Vanities: A Night for Young Hollywood.

Sophie Nélisse, Jasmine Savoy Brown and Samantha Hanratty were among the young stars of Yellowjackets who stepped out for the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday (January 15) at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

The ladies, who play younger versions of Shauna, Taissa and Misty, respectively, on the fan-favorite show joined several more of their younger castmates at the awards ceremony, where the series is nominated for Outstanding Drama Series!

Also in attendance were Steven Krueger, Sophie Thatcher, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson and Kevin Alves.

Other Yellowjackets Emmy nominations include Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Melanie Lynskey and Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series.

David Dastmalchian and Sophie Thatcher stepped out for the premiere of their new movie, The Boogeyman, held at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on Tuesday night (May 23).

The two actors were joined by costars Chris Messina, Vivien Lyra Blair, and Madison Hu as well as director Rob Savage.

Here’s the summary: High school student Sadie Harper and her younger sister Sawyer are reeling from the recent death of their mother and aren’t getting much support from their father, Will, a therapist who is dealing with his own pain.

When a desperate patient unexpectedly shows up at their home seeking help, he leaves behind a terrifying supernatural entity that preys on families and feeds on the suffering of its victims.

David, as well as his wife Evelyn Leigh, went all out for their looks, with him showing off some great red eye makeup. Evelyn wore a custom dress that she made!

Sophie‘s Yellowjackets co-star Samantha Hanratty also stepped out to support.

The Boogeyman opens in theaters on Friday, June 2.
