Nicole Kidman and Zoe Saldana have started filming their spy thriller series!

Nicole, 55, and Zoe, took over a tarmac at the Palma De Mallorca Airport to film their new series Lioness on Saturday (January 28) in Palma De Mallorca, Spain.

Lioness, which is based on the real-life CIA program, follows “Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira), a rough-around-the-edges but passionate young Marine recruited to join the CIA’s Lioness Engagement Team to help bring down a terrorist organization from within.”

Nicole is playing Kaitlyn Meade, the “CIA’s Senior Supervisor who has had a long career of playing the politics game.”

The upcoming Paramount+ also stars Jill Wagner, Dave Annable, LaMonica Garrett, and more.

With the success of Avatar: The Way of Water, director James Cameron and Zoe Saldaña have made history.

The movie, which opened up in theaters last month, surpassed $2 billion at the worldwide box office, which in turn, makes James the only director with three films to have hit that mark, TMZ says.

James‘ previous films, 2009′s Avatar and 1997′s Titanic, surpassed that mark as well. Avatar reached $2.9 billion and Titanic, brought in $2.1 billion.

Additionally, Zoe also became the first actor to have four films to reach the $2 billion mark.

People did the research, revealing that Zoe has starred in 2009′s Avatar, 2019′s Avengers: Endgame and 2018′s Avengers: Infinity War, and now Avatar: The Way of Water.

This makes her the only actor to have achieved this milestone.

Just recently, James opened up about how he’s just now starting to see the films as a franchise.

The new movie Avatar: The Way of Water is now playing in theaters and you might be wondering how much the actors have earned for their work.

Zoe Saldana is clarifying her thoughts.

The 44-year-old actress opened up about her recent comments about feeling “stuck” working in film franchises, including Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Trek and Avatar.

During her appearance at the premiere of Avatar: The Way of Water, she opened up on the blue carpet about her work.

“I would love to set the record straight,” she said to Deadline.

The cast of Avatar: The Way of Water stepped out in full force for the film’s L.A. premiere!

Sam Worthingon, Zoe Saldana, and more walked the carpet at the Dolby Theater on Monday night (December 12) in Hollywood.

More cast members in attendance included Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Joel David Moore, Jamie Flatters, Britain Dalton, Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, Jack Champion, and Bailey Bass, as well as producer Jon Landau and Disney CEO Bob Iger.

The film’s director James Cameron was unable to attend after he tested positive for COVID-19.

Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, Avatar: The Way of Water begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.  

The movie hits theaters on Friday!

Zoe Saldana stands out in a sparkly silver dress at the premiere of her new movie, Avatar: The Way of Water, in Tokyo!

The 44-year-old actress joined co-stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, and Stephen Lang, along with James Cameron and Jon Landau at Toho Cinemas Hibiya Midtown in Japan on Saturday (December 10).

The Avatar cast have been globe trotting in support of the flick, with their first stops being in Sydney, and London. Their most recent stop was in South Korea.

Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, Avatar: The Way of Water begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.

The movie will be out in theaters on Friday, December 16.

Zoe Saldana is opening up about Marvel‘s secrecy tactics.

Fans know that Marvel Studios keeps a lot of things about their movies under lock and key, and many actors in the MCU have been reprimanded for posting any inkling of their script or and behind-the-scenes images before the movie is released.

Earlier this summer, the studio actually told Zoe to remove a video she had posted on her own Instagram, which showed her flipping through a binder that apparently contained information about the film. She did repost the video, with a very visible edit.

In a new interview, Zoe spoke about the tactics.
