James Franco and his brother Dave Franco are bringing Disaster Artist to London!

The brothers stepped out at a screening of the film on Wednesday (November 22) at the Picturehouse Central in London, England.

James directed and Dave starred in the movie, which follows the behind-the-scenes making of Tommy Wiseau‘s film The Room, considered to be one of the worst movies ever made.

Earlier in the day, the brothers stopped by the Lorraine show, where they revealed why they were nervous about premiering the movie.

“[Tommy] decided that he didn’t want to see our film until we premiered it. The first time he watched it, he was with a 1,000 other people who were watching him watch himself onscreen,” Dave explained.

James added, “He was wearing dark shades, we kept looking down the row at Tommy and he just sat there with a blank face.”

James Franco Talks About Casting Friends in 'Disaster Artist'

James Franco and his brother Dave Franco pose for a photo at their panel during the Vulture Festival LA on Saturday (November 18) at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

The brothers star together in the new movie The Disaster Artist, which James also directed.

Many of the cast members are friends of James‘, including Dave‘s wife Alison Brie and his longtime collaborator Seth Rogen.

“A lot of them were friends. Or fans of The Room. The one sort of insider guy that we knew that we wanted in the movie was Paul Scheer,” he told THR. “I was not aware of Paul and Jason Mantzoukas and June Diane Raphael‘s podcast How Did This Get Made? at the time. But Paul was at an early script reading and gave incredible notes. And we were just like, ‘Wow, this dude needs to be in the movie in some capacity.’”

“With the Bryan Cranston section, I had just worked with Bryan, and it was really fortuitous that we could have him in it. And it would be Bryan Cranston from Malcolm in the Middle before Breaking Bad! And I just thought, ‘Oh, this is perfect.’ So I really fought for that one,” he added.

FYI: James is wearing an Alternative Apparel t-shirt.

Dave Franco Says Brother James Stayed In Character While Directing 'The Disaster Artist'

James Franco flashes a smile alongside his younger brother Dave while attending a special screening of his latest film The Disaster Artist held at the Metrograph on Wednesday (November 14) in New York City.

The 39-year-old actor and Dave, 32, were joined by their co-star Ari Graynor, writers Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, as well as AnnaSophia Robb and Arturo Castro, who stepped out to show their support.

Dave recently opened up about James staying in character as Tommy Wiseau while he was also directing the flick, which hits theaters on December 8.

“There’s not much he can do that surprises me. Almost every day, a new person would come to the set, and I would have to prep them that they would not be interacting with James today. They would be interacting with Tommy,” Dave revealed (via Variety).

Seth Rogen. It took him about a week to get used to it,” Dave continued. “I remember at one point, he came up to me and said, ‘This is freaking me out and you’re his brother. How the fuck are you keeping a straight face through any of these takes?’ I remember Seth’s grandma came to set one day, and after a few hours, she finally asked, ‘Where’s James?’ Seth pointed to my brother, who was in the Tommy makeup. At that point, Seth’s grandma decided that she wasn’t going to like the movie.”

FYI: James is wearing rag & bone jeans. Ari is wearing a Longchamp skirt. Dave is wearing a JW Anderson shirt.
