Johnny Depp Describes 'One of the Cruelest Things' Amber Heard Allegedly Did to Him

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard had another day in court on Thursday (July 9) as part of his libel trial in London, England.

The 57-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean actor is suing News Group Newspapers and Dan Wootton for calling him “a wife beater.” He denies he was violent towards his ex Amber.

One of the things brought up during the trial on Thursday was Johnny and Amber‘s trip to an island in the Bahamas in August 2014. It has been alleged that he attacked her during the trip while he was withdrawing from the prescription painkiller Roxicodone, which he denies.

Johnny said in his witness statement that Amber “often intervened and withheld medicine from me” while they were on the island and he called this “one of the cruelest things that she has ever done,” according to the Daily Mail.

Johnny told the court that he was left “sobbing like a child” on the floor with the “heebie-jeebies” after Amber denied him the medicine.

Text messages between Amber and Johnny‘s doctor and nurse were shown, in which she allegedly asked for help and said that he had pushed her.

Johnny said in court, “I can only say from my point of view I was in no physical condition to push anyone. I’m denying I pushed her. I’m going to suggest that the testimony is fabricated… I believe it’s part of the dossier that was an insurance policy for her.”

When the lawyer who was questioning Johnny during the trial said that Amber was “withholding drugs that you were not supposed to have,” he replied, “Why would she have drugs that I was not supposed to have?”

Another topic brought up in court on Thursday was how Johnny allegedly used the blood from his severed finger to paint messages on a mirror.

If you didn’t know, Johnny is suing News Group Newspapers and Dan Wootton for calling him “a wife beater.” He denies he was violent towards his ex, Amber Heard.

“Giving evidence at London’s Royal Courts of Justice, Depp said he could see ‘bone sticking out’ after Heard allegedly threw a bottle at him, cutting off the tip of his finger. Heard denies injuring his finger,” the outlet reports. He also released photos of the alleged injury.

The incident reportedly occurred at a rental home in Australia while he filmed Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales in 2015.

He said he was unhappy at the time due to his work on the film, and the house in Australia was allegedly “wrecked” during their stay. He remembered damage to the floors and sofas, saying there was “quite a lot of blood” and that he was “party” to the damage, but that Amber caused the most damage.

“We are a crime scene waiting to happen,” he apparently told Amber.

He was accused of repeated physical attacks against Amber, which he denied. He is to give more evidence Friday (July 10), which is also his last day on the witness stand.

Amber also called this star “a rapist,” according to Johnny

Johnny Depp Gave Daughter Lily-Rose Depp Marijuana at Age 13

Johnny Depp took the stand in his libel case against a UK tabloid and was questioned by the brand’s lawyer, Sasha Wass QC. He’s suing the publication for calling him a “wife beater” in his ongoing proceedings with ex Amber Heard.

On the stand, Johnny was asked about giving his daughter Lily-Rose Depp marijuana when she was 13 years old. She’s now 21.

First, he clarified that he “never encouraged my daughter to use marijuana.”

“My daughter was 13 years old and, as we all know, at 11, 12, 13 years old, when you go to high school parties you are approached by people who will want to give you drink because they’re drinking,” Johnny said.

He then revealed the advice he gave Lily-Rose, saying, “Listen, sweetheart, if you are at a party and someone hands you the joint, take the joint from that person and pass it to the next person… don’t experiment with drugs with people you don’t know. Please do me the honor of coming to me when you are ready, when you really feel you are ready, because I don’t want your first experience in this world to be with people you don’t know, taking things you don’t know that I can’t trust, so it’s a safety issue.”

“You don’t want your 13-year-old going into some paranoid tailspin and I knew that the marijuana I had myself, that I smoke myself, is trustworthy, is a good quality and I was bound and determined not to have her try any drugs out there in the world because it’s too dangerous,” he said, adding that he consulted his ex Vanessa Paradis before giving their daughter the drug. “If that is wrong in your eyes, I appreciate what you think but I was raising a daughter and I was being a responsible parent as far as I was concerned,” he concluded.

Amber Heard Called James Franco a 'Rapist,' According to Johnny Depp

Amber Heard allegedly called James Franco a “rapist,” her ex husband Johnny Depp apparently said in court today while being questioned by lawyers.

During his libel case against a UK tabloid, he was asked about the period of time where Amber agreed to star in 2015′s The Adderall Diaries alongside James Franco. Johnny said he was “shocked” when she signed on to make the film and admitted it made him feel “jealous.”

“It shocked me she was suddenly so friendly and happy with him,” Johnny said on the stand today (via the Evening Standard). “She told me many things that were very very negative about Mr Franco, that he had tried to kiss her and made sexual advances towards her on the previous film they had made together. She said he was a creep and a rapist. She said he was quite aggressive in his advances towards her.”

The lawyer then clarified Johnny‘s use of the word “rapist,” “You have made an extremely important statement just now.”

Johnny replied, “It’s just a word that came out for the actions of Mr Franco, as described to me by Ms Heard, which were sexual advances, him leaning over and saying I’m going to kiss you. She had to sort of run from the advances at one point, that he was kind of non-stop, she felt he was creepy and rapey so I said a rapist.”

James has been accused of sexual misconduct over the years and issued a response right here.

If you didn’t know, Johnny is suing the publication’s publisher and executive editor Dan Wootton for calling him a “wife beater.”

The case started on Tuesday (July 7), with Johnny in the witness box, and he denied Amber‘s allegations of physical assault on multiple occasions.

The Sun’s defense is tied to Amber’s allegations of 14 incidents of violence by Depp between 2013 and 2016. He denies them all and says she attacked him with various items, and severed his finger by throwing a vodka bottle at him.

“I did not hit Ms. Heard and furthermore I have never hit Ms. Heard,” he said, via ET Canada.

He also denied hitting her after she allegedly laughed at his tattoo.

“I don’t recall any argument about any of my tattoos,” he said.

He acknowledged taking both prescription and illegal substances since childhood, but denied the claim that he became a “monster” when he drank and took drugs.

“I was angry, but that doesn’t mean I have an anger problem. I also express myself by laughing. I don’t have a humor problem,” he told the court.

Amber is expected to give evidence later in the trial, which is expected to last for three weeks. See her arrival to court…

Johnny Depp Releases Photos of His Severed Finger During Alleged Amber Heard Fight

Johnny Depp has released photos of his severed finger after ex-wife Amber Heard allegedly threw a bottle of vodka at him back in 2015.

If you didn’t know, the former couple is in court in London as Johnny is suing a tabloid newspaper for libel over allegations written about his marriage to Amber. Specifically, he is defending himself against claims that he abused her throughout the course of their marriage, and in the courtroom today, his lawyer David Sherborne exclaimed that he “is not and never has been a wife beater.”

In his defense, Johnny named several incidents in which he accuses Amber of allegedly attacking him during their marriage.

In photos obtained by Daily Mail, Johnny can be seen laying in a hospital bed while showing off his severed finger. Johnny said the injury happened after Amber allegedly threw a vodka battle at him, severing his finger, while they were in Australia in 2015.

“Amber severed my finger with the second of two thrown vodka bottles at me in the early afternoon of Sunday March 8,” Johnny said in court. “Amber claims this was on the second day of a ‘three-day hostage situation.’ Amber claims that during these three days, I subjected her to a variety of what sounds like torture and other abuse. These sick claims are completely untrue.”

Amber claims Johnny severed his finger after he smashed a telephone into a wall.

Johnny said that Amber did not sustain any injuries during this weekend, while he claims he sustained “grievous” injuries, including the severed finger, while also accusing Amber of stubbing out a lit cigarette on his cheek.

“The severity of these injuries brought about the personal realization of the severity of the abuse that Ms Heard had inflicted upon me for so long,” Johnny said. “I couldn’t believe that we had come to this. I wondered what more she could do to me.”

Johnny and Amber were married from February 2015 to May 2016.
