Check out the first official teaser poster for the much-anticipated film The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug!

This is the second in a trilogy of films adapting by J.R.R. Tolkien‘s books, as Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) journeys with the Wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen) and thirteen Dwarves, led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) on an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor.

The film also stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Luke Evans, Cate Blanchett, Elijah Wood, and Evangeline Lilly.

Vin Diesel and his co-star Tyrese Gibson are all smiles while attending the premiere of their latest flick Fast & Furious 6 held at Gibson Amphitheatre on Tuesday (May 21) in Universal City, Calif.

The guys were joined by their co-stars Ludacris and Luke Evans.

The pair were joined at the premiere by their co-stars Luke Evans and Sung Kang.

Vin Diesel rocks a pair of shades while attending a press conference for his new film Fast & Furious 6 on Monday (May 13) in Seoul, South Korea.

The 45-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Michelle Rodriguez, Luke Evans, and Sung Kang.

Michelle, 34, recently talked about filming fights with co-star Gina Carano and wanting them to look authentic for the fans.

“It’s an action movie and I have so much responsibility just being a girl, like, in this lane of tomboyishness. I have to represent, [I said], ‘We have to make this real,’” Michelle expressed. “I don’t mind getting the crap beat out of me, as long as it’s believable. For me, that comes first and foremost in the whole thing.”

Damian Lewis walks the red carpet at the 2013 EE British Academy Film Awards on Sunday (February 10) at the Royal Opera House in London, England.

The 41-year-old Homeland actor was joined at the event by his wife Helen McCrory, who hit the stage that evening to present the award for Best Short Film and Best Short Animation.
