Brendan Hunt and his fiancée Shannon Nelson are officially parents to two children!
The Ted Lasso star and his bride-to-be announced that they were expecting their second baby back in September 2023. The couple revealed their engagement in June 2023.
Brendan and Shannon also share a 2-year-old son named Sean.
The actor took to Instagram on Monday (March 4) to break the happy news and share some first photos of their new child!

Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt are addressing Joy Behar‘s claim that she was offered a role in Ted Lasso.
The Apple TV+ show ended its three-season run in 2023. Jason, 48, starred as the titular character and won two Emmys for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Ted Lasso also earned a pair of Outstanding Comedy Series awards at the Emmys.
On Wednesday (January 10), the 81-year-old The View co-host said that she had turned down the guest star role of Ted Lasso’s mom in season 3.

Brendan Hunt is having another baby!
In a new interview with Us Weekly, the 51-year-old Ted Lasso actor announced that he and fiancee Shannon Nelson are expecting their second child together.
When asked how wedding plans are going, Brendan replied, “Not very much at all, because we are pregnant again.”

On Thursday (June 29), Ted Lasso co-creator, writer, and star Brendan Hunt announced that he recently proposed to longtime girlfriend Shannon Nelson.
“The majestic @snoopshann, so rarely photographed in her natural habitat, captured here in the act of saying ‘yes,’” Brendan, 51, wrote on Instagram along with a photo of Shannon showing off her engagement ring.

The two stars joked around while posing for pics alongside their co-stars, hyping up the nearing end of the hit Apple TV+ series.
Following the London photo call, Kola Bokinni, Billy Harris, Cristo Fernández, James Lance, Nick Mohammed, Brendan Hunt, Brett Goldstein, Annette Badland, Jeremy Swift were seen attending the Los Angeles press day held at Goya Studios on Monday (May 1).
In a recent interview with Forbes, Brendan, who is a co-creator of the series as well as star, opened up about the future of the show and if season three is still the end.
“I guess we’re hoping for both,” he shared about the possibility. “We always saw it as a three-part story – and so, we went into this season feeling like we had to finish the story we set out to tell.”
Brendan added that he thinks that was achieved: ” Whether or not that bow is beautiful or jagged remains to be seen. No matter how tight that bow is, it doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t come back and open it up later on.”
There’s been a lot of talk about the future of the show lately.
The season three finale airs May 31 on Apple TV+.

The third and final season of Ted Lasso is currently airing and it has been reported that the main cast received big pay raises for the last episodes.
Jason Sudeikis was earning around $250,000 to $300,000 an episode for the first two seasons of the Apple TV+ series, but that salary was negotiated way before the series became both a critical and commercial success.
Now, Jason is earning one of the biggest paydays on television thanks to his new salary!
Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Hannah Waddingham, and Brendan Hunt all received big raises as well.
