After completing the Miami Triathalon on Sunday, Matt Damon has a celebratory dinner with family at a restaurant in Miami, Florida.

Accompanying the 38-year-old Bourne actor was wife Luciana and their two daughters, Isabella, 2, and newborn Gia, 7 weeks.

“‘My brother talked me into [running the marathon],” Matt told the Miami Herald.

Matt, who finished his 6.2-mile leg in 59 minutes and 54 seconds, ran in a team that included his stepfather Jay Jones and family friend Barry Hetherington.

Matt Damon just spoke out on Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin to The Associated Press. The 37-year-old actor compares her possibility of being President to a ‘really bad Disney movie’. Ouch!

Damon shared, “I think there’s a really good chance Sarah Palin could become president, and I think that’s a really scary thing… I don’t know anything about her and in eight weeks, I don’t think I’m going to know anything about her. I know that she was a mayor of a really, really small town and she’s the governor for Alaska for less than two years. I just don’t understand. I think the pick was made for political purposes… Do the actuary tables and there’s a one out of three chance, if not more, that [John] McCain doesn’t survive his first term and it’ll be President Palin… It’s like a really bad Disney movie. The hockey mom, you know, ‘oh, I’m just a hockey mom’… and she’s facing down Vladimir Putin (of Russia)… It’s totally absurd… it’s a really terrifying possibility.”

Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana, welcomed their third little girl, Gia Zavala, at Memorial Regional Hospital in South Florida on Wednesday, his rep confirms to JustJared.com.

“Everyone’s doing great,” Matt’s rep, Jennifer Allen, tells Just Jared. “She is a healthy baby girl.”

Gia joins big sisters Alexia, 10, and Isabella, 2.

Last month, Matt revealed that another daughter was on the way, lamenting, “I’m so outnumbered here, it’s crazy!”

Matt Damon gave USA Today a phone interview from his Miami home. Here’s what the 37-year-old actor had to say:

On his weight-loss strategy (he packed on 30 pounds for Steven Soderberg’s 2009 drama The Informant): “I’m just boxing. I figure if you get hit enough times, it will fall off. If you put it on, it’s easier to get it back off.”

On being People magazine’s former Sexiest Man Alive: “Now I’m the Sexiest Man Alive’s chunky cousin.”

Other than doing reshoots for the Paul Greengrass drama The Green Zone: “[I'm] taking the rest of the year off, and I’m just hanging out with my family.”

On not picking out a name for her daughter yet: “We decided to wait till she’s born, and then we’re going to get a look at her and we’ll probably keep debating it.”

On his girl-powered household (wife Luciana, daughter Isabella, 2, and stepdaughter, Alexia, 9): “I’m so outnumbered down here, it’s crazy.”

Empire says that this film is Greengrass‘ take on the situation in Iraq, but Damon assures us audiences won’t turn away from it.

“[We're] not trying to make a statement,” Damon says of the flick. “Particularly with a movie that costs $80 or $90 million. Hopefully this will feel like an accurate portrayal of what things were like for these guys. You can’t do a polemic – you should be blogging if that’s what you want to do.”

BFFs Matt Damon and Ben Affleck keep wraps on each other at the Ante Up For Africa charity poker tournament during the World Series of Poker at the Rio hotel and casino in Las Vegas on Wednesday, July 2.

Former Seinfeld star Jason Alexander was also in attendance.

Ante Up For Africa is a No Limit Texas Hold-Em Tournament in association with the World Series of Poker. Proceeds from the event will once again go to charities that provide aid and assistance to the survivors of the crisis in Darfur, Sudan and support activism dedicated to resolving this crisis.

Matt Damon goes with his gut on the set of his new movie, The Informant, at Makaha Valley Country Club in Hawaii on Tuesday. Nice pornstache and hair piece!!

Damon, 37, plays whistleblower Mark Whitacre in the true story about a price-fixing scheme involving an agribusiness giant.

The Informant is scheduled for release in March 2009. Steven Soderbergh, of Ocean’s film franchise fame, is directing.

Buff-bodied actors Matt Damon and Mark Wahlberg watch some shocking moves on the court during Game Five of the 2008 NBA Finals between the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The crowd went wild last night as the Lakers fought off Celtics 103-98. The Celtics hold a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series that continues with Game 6 on Tuesday night in Boston. It’s do or die, Lakers!

Wahlberg was accompanied by his longtime girlfriend Rhea Durham. His latest movie, The Happening, is in theaters now.
